संख्याः हिम/एस/डी/टी/पी/आर.पी.बी./वि.क्षे. सराहान/01-74.-हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्‌ द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि विद्यमान भू-उपयोग नक्शा सराहान विशेष क्षेत्र के लिए पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत तैयार कर दिया गया है और इसकी एक प्रति कार्यालय समय के दौरान निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों में निरीक्षण के लिए उपलब्ध हैः-

1. अध्यक्ष, विशेष क्षेत्र सराहान एवं उपमण्डाधिकारी तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर।

इस प्रकार तैयार किए गए विद्यमान भू-उपयोग नक्शे की बाबत यदि कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव है तो उसे राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में इस नोटिस के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित मे अध्यक्ष, विषेप क्षेत्र सराहान एवम उपमण्डाधिकारी तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, को भेजा जाना चाहिए । उक्त विद्यमान भू-उपयोग नक्शे की बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से उपरोक्त विनिर्दिप्ट अवधि से पूर्व प्राप्त हुए किसी आक्षेप या सुझाव पर, अध्यक्ष द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।

No. HIM/SDTP RPB/SADA-Sarahan/Vol-I/2015-01-74.—In exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), Notice is hereby given that the Existing Land Use Map for additional area of Sarahan Special Area has been prepared under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Act ibid and a copy thereof is available for inspection during office hours in the following offices:-

1. The Chairman, SADA Sarahan, Cum- Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Rampur

2. The Sub-Divisional Town Planning Office, Rampur Bushahr

If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the Existing Land Use Map of additional Special Area Sarahan so prepared, it should be sent in writing to the Chairman, Special Area Development Authority, Sarahan Cum- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Rampur, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said Existing Land Use Map before the period specified above will be considered by the Chairman.
