The following amendment will be made in column No. 3 under Statue 4.5(2) and addition under 8.1 (4) of the Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya Statutes, 1988.

संख्याः गृह-बी (ई)3-7/2009 लूज.-हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ न्यायालय कर्मचारी (वेतन, भो और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) अधिनियम 2005 (2006 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 3) की धारा 4 के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन उनमें निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ न्यायालय कर्मचारी (वेतन, भो और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम, 2012 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ न्यायालय कर्मचारी (वेतन, भो और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) संशोधन नियम 2015 है।
(2) ये नियम तुरन्त प्रवृत होंगे।
2. नियम-3 का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश अधीनस्थ न्यायालय कर्मचारी (भो और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम, 2012 के नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः-1271 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जून, 2015/28 ज्येष्ठ, 1937 "3. कर्मचारियों के कतिपय प्रवर्गों का विशेष भाा.-कर्मचारियों के निम्नलिखित प्रवर्गों को 1.4.2003 से निम्न प्रकार का विशेष भाा अनुज्ञात किया जाए जाएगाः-
(1) माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा अधिसूचित अभिलेखागार/प्रापर्टी रुम में कार्यरत कर्मचारिवृन्द 100/-रूपए प्रतिमास विशेष भो के हकदार होंगे।
(2) बेलिफ और तामीलकर्ता (प्रोसेस सर्वर) 200/-रूपए प्रतिमास नियत यात्रा भो के हकदार होंगे।
(3) तहसील, उप-मण्डल और जिला स्तर पर तैनात आशुलिपिक 100/-रूपए प्रतिमास विशेष भो के हकदार होंगे।
(4) शिमला में कार्यरत आशुलिपिक 150/-रूपए प्रतिमास विशेष भो के हकदार होंगे।

No. Home-B (E) 3-7/2009-Loose.—In exercise of the power vested in him under sub- section (2) of section 3 read with section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts' Employees (Pay, Allowances and Other Conditions of Service) Act, 2005 (Act No. 3 of 2006), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts' Employees (Allowances and Other Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts' Employees (Pay, Allowances and Other Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. Amendment of rule 3.—For rule 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts' Employees (Allowances and Other Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"3. Special Allowance to certain categories of employees.—Special Allowance shall be allowed to following categories of employees w.e.f. 1-4-2003 as under:—
(1) Staff working in the Record Room/Property Room as notified by the Hon'ble High Court shall be entitled to Rs. 100/- Per Month as Special Allowance.

(4) The Stenographers working in Shimla shall be entitled to Rs. 150/- Per Month as Special Allowance.

क्रम संख्या नाम व पता रिश्ता जन्म 1. नरेन्द्र कुमार पुत्र 15-01-1992 उक्त बच्चे की जन्म तिथी का ग्राम पंचायत/नगर परिषद् हरीपुर सण्डोली, तहसील बद्दी के रिकार्ड में इन्द्राज करवाने हेतु इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थनापत्र जेरे धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु अधिनियम 1969 के अन्तर्गत अपने ब्यान हल्फिया सहित प्रस्तुत किया है। यदि किसी को उपरोक्त की जन्म तिथी का पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई ऐतराज है तो वह दिनांक 23-06-2015 को या इससे पूर्व अपना ऐतराज लिखित या मौखिक रूप से इस अदालत में पेश कर सकते हैं अन्यथा मुताबिक आवेदन के साथ संलग्न ब्यान हल्फिया के आधार पर जन्म तिथी पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे तथा बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई भी ऐतराज काबिले समायत न होगा।
