No. HHC/Rules/14-61/90.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice, High Court of Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 229 of the Constitution of India and all other enabling powers in this behalf, is pleased to make the following amendment in "The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and Members of the Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal) Rules, 2003".
61-राजपत्र/2015-29-06-2015 (1603) 1604 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 जून, 2015/08 आषाढ़, 1937 1. Short title.— These Rules shall be called "The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and the Members of the Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal)(28th amendment-2015) Rules, 2003.
2. Commencement.— They shall come into force with immediate effect.
3. Amendment.—Sr. No. 7 "Clerks/Proof Readers" of the Part-D "Class-III" of the Schedule annexed to"The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and the Members of Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal) Rules,2003 shall be substituted by the following:--

संख्याःई.डी.एन.(बी).-एफ(4)-5/2014-III.—हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याःई.डी.एन-ए-ख(3)3/98-पार्ट-II तारीख 20-09-2010 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्चार शिक्षा विभाग, स्नातकोार अध्यापक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम 2010 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(I) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्चार शिक्षा विभाग, स्नातकोार अध्यापक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (तृतीय संशोधन) नियम, 2015 हैं । (II) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. उपाबन्ध "क" का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्चार शिक्षा विभाग, स्नातकोार अध्यापक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम 2010 के उपाबन्ध-'क' के स्तम्भ 7(क)1(त) के नीचे विद्यमान उपबन्धों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-1607 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 जून, 2015/08 आषाढ़, 1937 "परन्तु उन पदधारियों/अभ्यर्थियों को, जो हिमाचल प्रदेश के स्कूलों में कम्प्यूटर अध्यापक के रूप में पाँच या पाँच से अधिक वर्ष का अध्यापन अनुभव रखते हों, सीधी भर्ती द्वारा स्नातकोार अध्यापक (इन्फॉरमैटिक्स प्रैक्टिसिज) के पद पर चयन करते समय अधिमान दिया जाएगा ।"।

No. EDN-(B)-F(4)-5/2014-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the H.P. Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following Rules, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Higher Education Department, Post Graduate Teachers, Class-III (Non Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2010 notified vide Notification No. EDN-A-Kha (3)3/98-Part-II dated 20-09-2010, namely:--
1. Short Title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Higher Education Department, Post Graduate Teachers Class-III (Non Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (Third Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment in Annexure "A".—In Annexure "A" to the Himachal Pradesh, Higher Education Department, Post Graduate Teachers, Class-III (Non Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2010, after the existing proviso below col.7(a)1(p), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:--
"Provided that the incumbents/candidates who possess teaching experience of five or more years as Computer Teachers in schools of Himachal Pradesh shall be given preference while making selection to the posts of Post Graduate Teachers (Informatics Practices) by direct recruitment.".

उपरोक्त उनवान मुकद्दमा श्रीमति कमला पुत्री श्री लच्छो, गांव डडर, परगना मन्जीर, तहसील सलूणी, जिला चम्बा, हि0 प्र0 ने इस न्यायालय में एक प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है। जिसमें सायला ने व्यक्त किया है कि मेरा पिता नामक लच्छो पुत्र महल्ला, निवासी गांव तेलका परगना मन्जीर, तहसील सलूणी, जिला चम्बा दिनांक 1-3-1994 से अचानक घर से लापता हो गया है। अर्सा 20 सालों से लगातार ढूंढने पर कहीं भी नहीं मिल सका है। अब उनके जीवित होने की उम्मीद भी नहीे है। जिसका एक लड़का नामक रमेश कुमार व तीन लड़कियां नामक कमला देवी, कान्ता देवी, विद्या देवी व पत्नी शान्ति देवी है जिन के नाम ईन्तकाल नं0 358 मुहाल मन्जीर व ईन्तकाल नं0 194 मुहाल जूसफ दिनांक 26-4-2015 को मकफूद उलखबरी लच्छो वहम जायज वारसान रमेश कुमार आदि के नाम ईन्तकाल दज रजिस्टर हो चुके हैं। तथा बराये फैसला ताहाल लम्बित हैं।
अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त व्यक्ति की मकफूद उल खबरी वरास्त के उक्त ईन्तकाल के दर्ज व तस्दीक होने पर कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 30-06-2015 को प्रातः 10.30 बजे या इससे पहले प्रातः 10.00 बजे से सायं 5.00 बजे तक किसी भी कार्य दिवस में असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना उजर व एतराज लिखित रुप में इस अदालत में पेश कर सकते हैं अन्यथा अदम पैरवी में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर व एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा।
