Board of Departmental Examination Rules, 1997 as notified by Government of Himachal Pradesh, Department of Training & Foreign Assignments, vide notification No. Per (Trg.) B (12)-40/95 dated 13.3.1997, the H.P. Board of Departmental Examination in consultation with the H.P. Public Service Commission hereby carry out following amendments by substituting clauses relating to Syllabus for the Departmental Examination in respect of Officers of Animal Husbandry, Youth Services & Sports, Urban Development, Panchayati Raj and Revenue Departments of the H.P.Government (both Technical/Non Technical Officers, Executive Officers/Secretaries of Municipalities and Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars) as per Annexure-III attached hereto. It is hereby clarified that from the date of issue of the present notification the Syllabus as mentioned in Annexure-III shall stands amended and replace the existing Syllabus for Departmental Examinations in respect of Officers as detailed in schedule 'B', 'C' and 'D' (as per Annexure-III) attached to the Departmental Examination Rules,1997, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These Rules shall be called the Himachal Pradesh Departmental Examinations (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(ii) These Rules shall come into force from the date of Publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. संख्याःपीसीएच-एचए (3) 36/96-II.—क्योंकि सचिव (शहरी विकास विभाग), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित अधिसूचना सं0 यु0डी0-ए (1)-1/2012 दिनांक 19-09-2015 के अन्तर्गत हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत बैजनाथ-पपरोला, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश के रूप में घोषित करती हैैं;
अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का संख्यांक 4) धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला कांगड़ा, विकास खण्ड बैजनाथ के संलग्न अनुसूची में दिए गए क्षेत्रों को सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा से अपवर्जित करने का प्रस्ताव करते है, और यथा अपेक्षित सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों की जानकारी एवं सार्वजनिक आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने और जिला कांगड़ा के उपायुक्त को, इस सम्बन्ध में सुझावों एवं आक्षेपों को प्राप्त करने तथा उन पर विचार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करने के आदेश देते हैं;
यदि अनुसूची में वर्णित क्षेत्रों की घोषणा के सम्बन्ध मेें, सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों को कोई भी आपत्ति या सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने हो तो वह अपने आक्षेप या सुझाव इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने के दिनांक से 1778 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 06 जुलाई, 2015/15 आषाढ़, 1937 तीस (30) दिनों की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त, जिला कांगड़ा को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात आक्षेप या सुझाव, जो कोई भी हाें, ग्रहण नहीं किए जाएंगे;
राज्य सरकार, जिला कांगड़ा के अनुसूची में वर्णित ग्राम सभा के क्षेत्रों को सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा से अपवर्जित (exclude निकालने) करने बारे अन्तिम अधिसूचना, इस सम्बन्ध में उपायुक्त जिला कांगड़ा की सिफारिश के दृष्टिगत, जारी करेगी।

संख्याःपीसीएच-एचए (3) 36/96-2002-न0प0.--क्योंकि सचिव (शहरी विकास विभाग), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित अधिसूचना सं0 एल0एस0जी0-ए(4)-11/85 दिनांक 30-11-2011 के अन्तर्गत1779 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 06 जुलाई, 2015/15 आषाढ़, 1937 हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संलग्न अनुसूची-क में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत रिवालसर में सम्मिलित करते हैं;
अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का संख्यांक 4) धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला मण्डी के संलग्न अनुसूची-क में दिए गए क्षेत्रों को सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा से अपवर्जित करने का प्रस्ताव करते है, और यथा अपेक्षित सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों की जानकारी एवं सार्वजनिक आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने और जिला मण्डी के उपायुक्त को, इस सम्बन्ध में सुझावों एवं आक्षेपों को प्राप्त करने तथा उन पर विचार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करने के आदेश देते हैं;

यदि अनुसूची में वर्णित क्षेत्रों की अपवर्जन के सम्बन्ध में, सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों को कोई भी आपत्ति या सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने हो तो वह अपने आक्षेप या सुझाव इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने के दिनांक से तीस (30) दिनों की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त, जिला षिमला को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात आक्षेप या सुझाव, जो कोई भी हाें, ग्रहण नहीं किए जाएंगे;
राज्य सरकार, जिला शिमला के अनुसूची-क में वर्णित ग्राम सभा के क्षेत्रों को ग्राम सभा से अपवर्जित (exclude निकालने) बारे अन्तिम अधिसूचना, इस सम्बन्ध में उपायुक्त जिला शिमला की सिफारिश के दृष्टिगत, जारी करेगी।

दरख्वास्त मय शपथ पत्र नाम दरुस्ती कागजात माल हमारे समक्ष प्रार्थी राम देवी पत्नी ठाकुर दास, गांव यंगपा-1 हाल निवासी गांव राजपुरा, डा0 नोगली, तहसील रामपुर, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने इस आश्य के साथ प्रस्तुत की है कि आवेदिका का नाम मुताबिक परिवार रजिस्टर के राम देवी सही व दरुस्त परन्तु अराजी खाता खतौनी नं0 6/10, बाका चक राजपुरा के खाना मालिक में राम दासी गलत दर्ज है तथा काबिले दरुस्ती है । अब आवेदिका अपना नाम राजस्व अभिलेख के खाता खतौनी नं0 6/10, खसरा नं. 599, 600, 601, 511, किता 4, बाका चक राजपुरा के खाना मालिक में राम दासी के स्थान पर राम देवी सही व दरुस्त दर्ज करवाना चाहती है।
