No. Rev-D(F)4-3/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred in him vide Para 3.20 and 3.21 under HP Land Records Manual, the undersigned considers it necessary on administrative grounds to exclude Village Majri, Hadbast No. 70 from Patwar Circle Ratyod and further to include it in the Patwar Circle Bhogpur, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan., HP with immediate effect. संख्याःपीसीएच-एचए (1) 3/2013.--क्योंकि विभाग में, जिला शिमला के विकास खण्ड रामपुर की ग्राम सभा 'बधाल' का नाम बदलकर 'धराली बधाल' रखने हेतु प्रस्तावना विचाराधीन है ;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का संख्यांक 4) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला शिमला के विकास खण्ड रामपुर की ग्राम सभा बधाल का नाम बदलकर धराली बधाल रखने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं और यथा अपेक्षित संबन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों की जानकारी एवं सार्वजनिक आक्षेप आमंत्रित करने के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने एवं जिला शिमला के उपायुक्त को, उक्त बारे सुझावों/आक्षेपों को प्राप्त करने तथा उन पर विचार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करने के आदेश प्रदान करते हैं ;

यदि ग्राम सभा बधाल का नाम बदलकर धराली बधाल रखने के संबन्ध में, संबन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों को कोई आप्पति/सुझाव प्रस्तुत करना हो तो वे अपने आक्षेप या सुझाव इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से 30 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त शिमला को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात्‌्‌ आक्षेप या सुझाव, जो कोई भी हों, ग्रहण नहीं किए जाएंगे ;
