संख्याःपीसीएच-एचए (3) 36/96-एन.पी.मण्डी-41328-36.--क्योंकि सचिव (शहरी विकास विभाग), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित अधिसूचना सं0 यू0डी0-ए0 (3)-7/2013 दिनांक 7-1-2015 के अन्तर्गत हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट नेरचौक के क्षेत्रों को नगर परिषद्‌ नेरचौक, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश के रूप में घोषित किया है;

87-राजपत्र/2015-31-07-2015 (2699) 2700 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 जुलाई, 2015/9 श्रावण, 1937 अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का संख्यांक 4) धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला मण्डी, विकास खण्ड बल्ह के अनुसूची में दिए गए विविरण अनुसार ग्राम सभा क्षेत्र को नगर परिषद्‌ नेरचौक में सम्मिलित करने का प्रस्ताव करते है, और यथा अपेक्षित सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों की जानकारी एवं सार्वजनिक आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने और जिला मण्डी के उपायुक्त को, इस सम्बन्ध में सुझावों एवं आक्षेपों को प्राप्त करने तथा उन पर विचार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करने के आदेश देते हैं;

यदि अनुसूची में वर्णित क्षेत्रों की घोषणा के सम्बन्ध मेें, सम्बन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों को कोई भी आपत्ति या सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने हो तो वह अपने आक्षेप या सुझाव इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने के दिनांक से तीस (30) दिनों की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त, जिला मण्डी को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात आक्षेप या सूझाव, जो कोई भी हाें, ग्रहण नहीं किए जाएंगे;

राज्य सरकार, जिला मण्डी के अनुसूची में वर्णित ग्राम सभा के क्षेत्रों को ग्राम सभा से अपवर्जित (मगबसनकम निकालने) करने के उपरान्त नगर परिषद्‌ नेरचौक में सम्मिलित करने बारे अन्तिम अधिसूचना, इस सम्बन्ध में उपायुक्त जिला मण्डी की सिफारिश के दृष्टिगत, जारी करेगी।

संख्याःई0एक्स0एन0-एफ0(10)-23/2014.--हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में संशोधन के प्रारूप को, उपरोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 के उपबन्धों के अनुसार, इससे संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्ति (व्यक्तियों) से आक्षेप और सुझाव आमन्त्रित करने के लिए इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या ई0एक्स0एन0-एफ0(10)-23/2014 तारीख 15 जुलाई, 2015 द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया था और जिसे राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में 16 जुलाई, 2015 को प्रकाशित किया गया था;

और नियत अवधि के भीतर इस निमित कोई आक्षेप/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है/हुए हैं;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपरोक्त अधिनियम से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में 1-8-2015 से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं अर्थात्‌ः--

"हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में मद संख्या 1, "मोटर स्पिरिट (विमानन टरबाइन ईंधन सहित पेट्रोल तथा डीजल)", के नीचे क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने दर्शाई गई वस्तु की स्तम्भ संख्या 3 में विद्यमान ''11.5%'' अंकों और चिन्हों के स्थान पर ''16%'' अंक और चिन्ह रखे जाएंगें ।"।

No. EXN-F(10)-23/2014.—Whereas, the draft amendment in SCHEDULE 'D' appended to the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005) was notified in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the Act ibid for inviting objection(s)/suggestion(s) from the person(s) likely to be affected thereby, vide this department notification No.EXN-F(10)- 23/2014 dated 15th July,2015 and published in Rajpatra(e-Gazette),Himachal Pradesh on 16.7.2015;

And whereas, no objection(s)/suggestion(s) has been received within the stipulated period in this behalf;

2702 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 जुलाई, 2015/9 श्रावण, 1937 Now, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005(Act No.12 of 2005) is pleased to make the following amendments in SCHEDULE-'D' appended to the Act ibid, with effect from 01- 08-2015, namely:—

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-'D' appended the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), in column No. 3 of the commodity shown against serial number 2 below item No.1, "Motor spirit (Petrol including Aviation Turbine Fuel and Diesel)", for the existing figures and signs "11.5%", the figures and signs "16%" shall be substituted.".

संख्याःई0एक्स0एन0-एफ(10)-1/94-II.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश (सड़क द्वारा कतिपय माल के वहन पर) कराधान अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश के गांव कोटी में राजा गैस्ट हाउस के नजदीक, राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग पर 01-08-2015 से 31-10-2015 तक अस्थायी चैक पोस्ट स्थापित करने और बैरिअॅर का निर्माण करने के आदेश देते हैं ।

No. EXN-F(10)-1/94-II.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (on Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act, 1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the establishment of temporary check post and erection of barrier near Raja Guest House at Village Koti District Solan, Himachal Pradesh on the National Highway w.e.f 01-08-2015 to 31-10-2015.

सं0पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5) 19/2015.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव जलाड़ी भड़यारा, तहसील नदौन, जिला हमीरपुर में नदौन- सुजानपुर- वाया बडा सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌ द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यो को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।

4. कोई भी हितबद्व व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रुप में भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, (म0क्षे0) लोक निर्माण विभाग मण्डी, के समक्ष अपनी आपति दायर कर सकता है।

2704 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 जुलाई, 2015/9 श्रावण, 1937 Whereas Shri Tilak Parkash s/o Shri Mohan Lal r/o Urmila Cottage, Parimahal Enclave, Kasumpti, Tehsil and District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, has preferred an application to the undersigned for the registration of name and date of birth of his daughter namely—Miss Garima Marwah date of Birth 20-02-1971 in the record of Municipal Corporation, District Shimla (H.P.).

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for entry as to date of birth mentioned above, may submit his/her objection in writing in this court from one month from the publication of this proclamation failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date and will be decided accordingly.

Hence, this proclamation is issued to the general public if they have any objection/claim regarding entry of the date of birth of the above named in the record of Municipal Corporation, Shimla may file their claims/objections on or before one month of publication of this notice in Govt. Gazette in this court, failing which necessary orders will be passed.
