File No. GAD-B(A)8-1/2015.—The Registrar General Citizen Registration, India has notified in the Gazette of India No. 1332 dated 25-06-2015 that in pursuance of sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Citizenship (Registration of the Citizens and issue of National Identity Cards) Rules, 2003, the Government of India has decided to update the Population Register and the field work for house to house enumeration throughout the country for collection of information relating to all persons who are usually residing within the jurisdiction of the Local Registrar and the work shall be undertaken with effect from the 1st July, 2015 onwards. Pursuant to the directions of the Registrar General Citizen Registration, India, the said Gazette notification was also republished for information of the public in the Extraordinary issue of Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide No. dated 3-8-2015.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh has decided to conduct the field work for house to house enumeration for collection of information relating to all local residents in state of Himachal Pradesh from 07.09.2015 to 06.10.2015.

उपरोक्त मुकदमा अनुवान वाला में प्रार्थी ने प्रार्थना पत्र दिया है कि उसकी शादी दिनांक 17-09-2012 को श्रीमती अमनदीप कौर पुत्री श्याम लाल निवासी ग्राम मियांपुर, तहसील व जिला रोपड पंजाब के साथ हिन्दु रीति-रिवाज के साथ सम्पन्न हुई है। अतः आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री नराता राम पुत्र श्री दवारका दास, निवासी हरीपुर डा0 सुरजपुर, तहसील बद्‌दी, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 व श्रीमती अमनदीप कौर पुत्र श्याम लाल निवासी ग्राम मियांपुर, तहसील व जिला रोपड पंजाब की शादी का ईन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत सुरजपुर में दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी का कोई ऐतराज है तो वह दिनांक 10-08-2015 को इस न्यायालय में उपस्थित आकर ऐतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है अन्यथा दिनांक 10-08-2015 को बाद दोपहर उक्त शादी के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।

क्रम संख्या नाम व पता रिश्ता जन्म तिथि 1 दीपक बंसल पुत्र 10-09-1993 कि जन्म तिथि का ग्राम पंचायत/नगर परिषद्‌ बद्‌दी, तहसील बद्‌दी के रिकार्ड में इन्द्राज करवाने हेतु इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना पत्र जेरे धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु अधिनियम 1969 के अन्तर्गत अपने ब्यान हल्फिया सहित दायर किया है। यदि किसी को उपरोक्त की जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई ऐतराज है तो वह दिनांक 07-08-2015 या इससे पूर्व अपना ऐतराज लिखित या मौखिक रूप से इस अदालत में पेश कर सकते हैं। अन्यथा मुताबिक आवेदन के साथ संलग्न ब्यान हल्फिया के आधार पर जन्म तिथि पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे तथा बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई भी ऐतराज काबले समायत न होगा।

आम जनता व सर्वसाधारण को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री देवेन्द्र शर्मा सुपुत्र श्री बचन लाल शर्मा, निवासी ग्राम कालूझिण्डा, तहसील बद्‌दी, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 ने अपने सुपुत्र जिसका नाम कार्तिक रखा गया था, अब बदलकर कण्व शर्मा रख लिया है जिसकी आयु पंचायत रिकार्ड के अनुसार 4 वर्ष है। यदि किसी को उपरोक्त का नाम बदलने बारे कोई ऐतराज हो तो वह इश्तहार छपने के बाद से एक माह के अंदर अपना एतराज सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत कालूझिण्डा, तहसील बद्‌दी के कार्यालय में पेश कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद किसी का कोई उजर काबले समायत न होगा।
