सं0पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5) 11/2014.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव गुम्मा, तहसील कोटखाई, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश में ठियोग-कोटखाई-हाटकोटी सडक के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित 127-राजपत्र/2015-23-09-2015 (3919) 3920 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 सितम्बर, 2015/1 आश्विन, 1937 करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद् द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।
3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यो को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।
4. कोई भी हितबद्व व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रुप में भू.अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला, (हि0 प्र0) के समक्ष अपनी आपति दायर कर सकता है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

संख्याः यू0डी0-ए0(3)9/2011.--इस विभाग की समसंख्यंक अधिसूचना तारीख 5-12-2013 से संलग्न अनुसूची 'क' में विनिर्दिष्ट कतिपय स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को नगर परिषद् धर्मशाला में सम्मिलित करने हेतु, एक प्रस्ताव उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह सप्ताह के भीतर उपायुक्त कांगड़ा के माध्यम से प्रभावित व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप आमन्त्रित करने के लिए तारीख 5-12-2013 को राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में प्रकाशित किया गया था;

No. UD-A(3)9/2011.—Whereas a proposal for inclusion of certain local areas in Municipal Council, Dharamshala, specified in Schedule 'A' attached to this Department notification of even number dated 5-12-2013 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (ordinary), dated 5-12-2013 for inviting objections of the affected persons through Deputy Commissioner, Kangra within six weeks from the date of publication of the said notification ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, (Act No. 13 of 1994), The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to include the local areas, as specified in Schedule 'A', in the Municipal Council Dharamshala.

No. KNR-IX-27(MLC)/2014.—Whereas, Apple season in lower parts of Kinnaur District has set in and the horticulturists have started marketing their apple products in various markets in the country. There is apprehension of causing great inconvenience/harassment by arbitrary charging of freights by the transporters from the horticulturists.
And Whereas, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kalpa Sub Division, Reckong-Peo, Kinnaur District has proposed freight rate of per apple box from various places/points/locations of Kalpa Sub Division of this district to various markets of the country.
Now Therefore, I, M.R. Bhardwaj, Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur District taking into consideration the above proposal of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kalpa at Reckong-Peo, District Kinnaur (HP), do hereby notify the freight rates as per "Annexure-A" for Kalpa Sub Division of Kinnaur District for carrying of apple boxes for current apple season-2015, subject to the condition that if the NH-5 stands restored for heavy vehicular traffic than the freight rate shall be charged Rs.8/- less per box of the notified rates as per H.P. Ordinance No.1 of 2015.
Any attempt to overcharge can result in legal action against defaulter Truck Operator (s)/Truck Union(s).
