No. GAD-A(F)9-3/2015.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the holidays as listed in Annexure-I, will be observed as gazetted holidays during the calendar year 2016, in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

147-राजपत्र/2015-21-10-2015 (4847) 4848 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 अक्तूबर, 2015/29 आश्विन, 1937 2. In addition to the holidays mentioned in Annexure-1, all Government employees will be authorized to avail Two Restricted Holidays out of those mentioned in Annexure-III.

3. Holidays listed in Annexure-II are declared Gazetted holidays for women employees working in all Government Offices/ Boards/ Corporations/ Educational Institutions in H.P. These will also be holidays for Women employees within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instrument Act 1881 and also to daily wage Women employees.

4. (i) The Deputy Commissioners in the State are authorized to declare two local holidays within their jurisdiction during Year 2016 in connection with celebration of important fairs and festivals in the respective District/ Area.

(ii) However, for the offices situated within the Municipal limits of Shimla, two local holidays will be declared by the State Government after receiving proposals in this regard from the Deputy Commissioner Shimla and for the rest of District Shimla, two local holidays will be declared/ decided by the Deputy Commissioner Shimla as per past practice. For the Offices of H.P. Govt. situated at Delhi, two local holidays will be declared by the State Govt. after receiving proposals in this regard from Pr. Resident Commissioner, H.P., New Delhi.

5. The holidays listed in Annexure-IV are also declared as gazetted holidays within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.

No. HIM/TP/PJT/D.P.-Theog/98/Vol-III/7477-95.—In exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 19774853 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 अक्तूबर, 2015/29 आश्विन, 1937 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the draft Development Plan for Theog Planning Area is hereby published and the Notice is given that a copy of the said draft Development Plan is available for inspection during the office hours in the following offices:—

The particulars of the said draft Development Plan have been specified in the Schedule below. संख्याः होम-बी(बी)-2/3/1993.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 8-7-1997 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय, 4860 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 अक्तूबर, 2015/29 आश्विन, 1937 पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 1997 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम, हिमाचल प्रदेश महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय, पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम (प्रथम संशोधन) 2015 है । (2) यह नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. उपाबन्ध-"क" तथा ''ख'' का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय, पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 1997 के उपाबन्ध- "क" तथा ''ख'' मेंः--

उपाबन्ध ''क'' के स्तम्भ संख्या-15-क (VII) (ग) तथा उपाबन्ध ''ख'' के क्रम संख्या 4 के विद्यमान प्रावधानों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः--

''संविदा पर नियुक्त पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष एक मास की सेवा पूरी करने के पश्चात्‌ एक दिन के आकस्मिक अवकाश का हकदार होगा। तथापि संविदा पर नियुक्त कर्मचारी 135 दिन के प्रसूति अवकाश, 10 दिन के चिकित्सा अवकाश और 5 दिन के विशेष अवकाश के लिए भी हकदार होगा/होगी। वह चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति और एल0टी0सी0 इत्यादि के लिए हकदार नहीं होगा/होगी। संविदा पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त के सिवाय अन्य किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अवकाश अनुज्ञात नही होगा :

परन्तु अनुपभुक्त आकस्मिक अवकाश, चिकित्सा अवकाश और विशेष अवकाश एक कैलेण्डर वर्ष तक संंिचत किया जा सकेगा और आगामी कैलैण्डर वर्ष के लिए अग्रनीत नहीं किया जाएगा।'' ।

No. Home-B (B)-2-3/1993.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in consultation with the H.P. Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Himachal Pradesh Advocate General office, Librarian (Class-III, Non Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 1997 notified vide this Department Notification of even number dated 08/07/1997, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the office of the Advocate General, H.P. Librarian, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion ( 1st Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2 ) These Rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexures-"A" & "B".—In Annexures- "A" & "B" to the office of the Advocate General, H.P. Librarian, Class-III (Non- Gazetted) Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 1997:—

For the existing provisions against Col. No. 15-A (VII) (C) of Annexure-"A" and Sr. No. 4 of Annexure- "B", the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"Contract appointee will be entitled for one day's casual leave after putting one month service. However, the contract appointee will also be entitled for 135 days maternity leave, 10 days medical leave and 5 days special leave. He/ she shall not be entitled for medical re-imbursement and LTC etc. No leave of any other kind except above is admissible to the contract appointee.

Provided that the un-availed casual leave, medical leave and special leave can be accumulated upto the calendar year and will not be carried forward for the next calendar year.".

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 28th September, 2015

No. Home-B (B)-2-3/1993.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in consultation with the H.P. Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Himachal Pradesh Advocate General office, Assistant Librarian, (Class-III, Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2013 notified vide this Department Notification of even number dated 22.3.2013, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, Advocate General office, Assistant Librarian, Class-III-(Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (1st Amendment) Rules, 2015. (2 ) These Rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexures- "A" & "B".—In Annexures-"A" & "B" to the Himachal Pradesh, Advocate General office, Assistant Librarian, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2013:—

For the existing provisions against Col. No. 15-A (VII) (C) of Annexure-"A" and Sr. No. 4 of Annexure- "B", the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"Contract appointee will be entitled for one day's casual leave after putting one month service. However, the contract appointee will also be entitled for 135 days maternity leave, 10 days medical leave and 5 days special leave. He/ she shall not be entitled for medical re-imbursement and LTC etc. No leave of any other kind except above is admissible to the contract appointee.

Provided that the un-availed casual leave, medical leave and special leave can be accumulated upto the calendar year and will not be carried forward for the next calendar year.".
