Ghaini, Tehsil Suni, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh has filed an application along with affidavit in the court of undersigned under section 13(3) of the Births & Deaths Registration Act, 1969 to correct the Date of birth of his son named Mr. Inder Jeet s/o Shei Amin Chand s/o Shri Devi Ram, r/o Village Chatyar, P. O. Ghaini, Tehsil Suni, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh in the record of Secy., Birth and Death, Gram Panchayat Chatyar, Shimla.

Whereas Smt. Meenakshi Kaith Sisodia w/o Shri Shakti Singh Sisodia, r/o Sisodia House near Shiv Mandir, Bye Pass Road Kasumpti, Shimla-9 Tehsil and District Shimla Himachal Pradesh, has preferred an application to the undersigned for the registration of name and date of birth of her daughter namely Dakshayani Sisodia date of birth 28-07-2014 in the record of Municipal Corporation, District Shimla (H. P.).
Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for entry as to date of birth mentioned above, may submit his/her objection in writing in this court from one month from the publication of this proclamation failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date and will be decided accordingly.
