संख्याःपी.बी.डब्लयू(बी)एफ (5)22/2015.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामत गांव क्याण/240, तहसील सुन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश मे सलापड़ ततापानी सडक के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद् द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
164-राजपत्र/2015-26-11-2015 (5409) 5410 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 नवम्बर, 2015/05 अग्रहायण, 1937 2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।
3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यो को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।
4. कोई भी हितबद्व व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षे़त्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के तीस (30) दिन की अवधि के भीतर भू.-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग,मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश के समक्ष लिखित आपत्तिदायर कर सकता हैं।

Amendment to Statute 5.8(32) of Chapter V of the CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi

The following amendment(s) will be made in column No.2&3 under Statute 5.8(32)of Chapter V of the CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya Statutes, 1988:

This ward starts from the concrete path (near Society shop) in Sheglu to lower Harijan basti and Barda Bridge on the north western side and path from Sheglu (Near Lala Ravti shop) to upper Harijan basti on the north eastern side and extends upto the southern boundary of Nagar Panchayat which coincides with Ghadigad Nallah. On the Eastern side it starts from south eastern boundary of Nagar Panchayat and extends across the state highway up to Jibhi Khad .It includes Ghedigad area and a Portion of Sheglu Bazar.
Ward no.6 Upper Sheglu Bounded by Eastern boundary of Nagar Panchayat in east. Bounded by Rya Nallah (ward No, 7) in North. Bounded by Aut-Luhari high way (ward no.4) Bounded by path from Sheglu to upper Harijan Basti (ward

It starts from the Rya Nallah on the Northern side and extends up to the path from Sheglu Nallha (Lala Ravti shop) to Upper Harijan Basti on the southern side. It is bounded by path Barda house of Sh. Surender Kaushal Aut- Luhari highway on the west and extends up to the Eastern boundary of Nagar Panchayat, it includes upper Sheglu area.

This ward starts from Rya nallah on southern side and extends up to the concrete Path from main bazaar (opposite Lala Om Prakash shop) to mela ground and then along the path up to the east northern boundary of Nagar Panchayat.

12. 12 वार्ड नं0-12 मंगवाई उत्तर में मण्डी सुन्दरनगर रोड़ में सरदार सन्तोख सिंह की दुकान से नीचे को भवानी सिंह आदि के मकानों को सम्मिलित करते हुए सुकेती खड्ड तक विश्वकर्मा मन्दिर को सम्मिलित करते हुए खड्ड के साथ-साथ पुल घराट पुल तक उपर के सभी मकानों को सम्मिलित करते हुए तथा जहां चूंगी चौकी नं0 2 थी वहां तक फिर मण्डी सुन्दरनगर सड़क को पार करके आगे सुन्दरनगर की ओर गुरदिता की दुकान को सम्मिलित करके तथा उस के साथवालेनाले तक के उपर के मकानों को सम्मिलित करते हुए मण्डी की ओर जसूराम चमन लाल के बगीचे के सभी घरों को सम्मिलित करते हुए नाले की ओर श्री राजकुमार टेलर मास्टर व डी0एफ0सी0 श्री चन्देल के घर को सम्मिलित करके नाले के पार श्री गटू राम के घर से नीचे पालिका की सड़क से नीचे आगे मण्डी की तरफ पं0 नन्द लाल के मकान के सीधे नीचे सरदार सन्तोख सिंह की दुकान तक जहां से यह सीमा आरम्भ हुई है ।

क्रं0सं0 वार्ड न0 व वार्ड का नाम वार्ड के क्षेत्र के विस्तार का विवरण 1. वार्ड न01 बाडी कुलवाडा छजवार गलु से तरामड़ धार के साथ पूर्व में केरन से सुन्दरनगर रास्ते तक वहां से नगर परिषद के पक्के रास्तेे से होते हुऐ चवैहतर पुल तक वहां पक्की सड़क हरीपुर सैन्ट मैरी चर्च तक तथा वहां से दक्षिण की ओर सुन्दर नगर-मलोह रोड़5434 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 नवम्बर, 2015/05 अग्रहायण, 1937 से छजवार गलु तक जहां से यह वार्ड शुरू हुआ था। 2. वार्ड न02 बनेड छजवार गलु से मलोह पंचायत सीमा के साथ व पश्चिम की ओर भेछना गांव से होते हुए उतर की ओर जो पक्का रास्ता भेछना से रसमाई डॉ0 नन्दलाल के घर तक तथा डॉ0 नन्द लाल के घर से रसमाई पुल से होते हुए चतरोखड़ी पीपल के थले तक, वहां से चतरोखड़ी-मलोह सड़क से होते हुए छजवार गलु तक। जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा शुरू हुई थी। 3. वार्ड नं0 3 पुंघ भेछना सं पंचायत सीमा के साथ पुरानी चुंगी के पास वहां से नेशनल-हाई-वे से होते हुए पश्चिम की ओर ग्राम पंचायत कपाही की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए वैलेसिंग रेजरवायर तक तथा वहां से पैलेस नाला के पास गांव चखारा तक वहां से पैलेस नाला के दक्षिण की ओर डी0ए0वी0 पव्लिक स्कूल तथा इस के आगे खोतड़ कवाली पुल तक इससे आगे पुंघ नेशनल-हाई-वे पुल से श्री नन्दलाल के घर के पास पुल तक तथा पुल से पश्चिम की ओर श्री नन्दलाल के घर के साथ रास्ते से होते हुए भेछना तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी।
4. वार्ड नं0 सलाह पैलेस नाला गांव चखारा से वैलेसिंग रेजर वायर तथा वहां से नगर परिषद की सड़क से होते हुए तिव्वतीयन स्कूल तथा स्कूल से नेशनल-हाई-वे तक जहां पुराना बस अडडा था। नेशनल-हाई-वे से होते हुए रैस्ट हाऊस चौक तक वहां से पूर्व की ओर नगर परिषद की सड़क से होते हुए नगौण में लिंडी खडड तक वहां से होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर भड़ोह नाला तक, भड़ोह नाला से चलते हुए डी0एस0पी0 आवास के नजदीक भड़ोह पुल तक। वहां से नगर परिषद की सड़क पर चलते हुए ललित चौक तक। ललित चौक से पश्चिम की ओर नेशनल-हाई-वे पर पुंघ पुल तक तथा वहां से पैलेस नाला से होते हुए उतर की ओर गांव चखारा तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा शुरू हुई थी।
5. वार्ड नं0 5 भडोह नेशनल-हाई-वे पर पुंघ से पैलेस नाला से होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर श्री नन्दलाल के घर के पास पुल तक। वहां से पूर्व की ओर नगर परिषद के पक्का रास्ता से होते हुए चतरोखड़ी पीपल का थला तक। वहां से पूर्व की ओर चतरोखड़ी-मलोह सड़क से होते हुए सैन्ट मैरी स्कूल चरच के पास वार्ड न01 की सीमा तक तथा वहां से पूर्व की ओर हरिपुर वाड़ी रास्ता से होते हुए चवेहतर पुल तक। वहां से उतर की ओर नलवाड खडड से होतें हुए भड़़ोह नाला तक तथा भड़ोह नाला से चलते हुऐ दक्षिण की ओर भड़ोह पुल तक तथा वहां से पूर्व की ओर नगर परिषद की सड़क पर चलते हुए चतरोखड़ी चौक तक। चतरोखड़ी चौक से नेशनल-हाई-वे पर वने पुंघ पुल तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा शुरू हुई थी । 6. वार्ड नं0 6 बाहोट नलवाड़ खडड तथा भड़ोह नाले के संगम से दक्षिण की ओर नलवाड़ खडड से होते हुए चवेहतर पुल वाड्र न01 की सीमा तक, वहां से पूर्व की ओर पक्का रास्ता सर्कुलर सड़क तक5435 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 26 नवम्बर, 2015/05 अग्रहायण, 1937 तथा सरकुलर सड़क से मिडल स्कूल वाड़ी सड़क से होते हुए तरामड़ धार तक तथा तरामड़ धार के साथ-साथ उतर की ओर पंचायत सीमा के साथ-साथ काणा खुह तक तथा काणा खुह से नलवाड़ खडड से दक्षिण की ओर भड़ोह नाला के संगम तक, जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी। 7. वार्ड नं0 7 बनायक वार्ड न06 की सीमा काणा खुह से सैंचुरी सीमा के साथ-साथ उतर की ओर वाटर स्टोरेज टैंक नालनी पेय जल योजना तक। वहां से नीचे की ओर पुराना बाजार जहां पहले संस्कृत महाविद्यालय था। वहां से सड़क के साथ-साथ नरसिंह मन्दिर प्रांगण से पश्चिम की ओर सड़क से होते हुए सर्कुलर सड़क तक, वहां से उतर की ओर हमसफर होटल तक। वहां से श्री पदमसिंह के मकान से होते हुए पुराना बाजार सड़क पर श्री भीमसिंह हलवाई की दुकान तक तथा वहां से श्री उपेन्द्र सिंह सेन के घर की ओर जाने वाले रास्ते के साथ-साथ तथा श्री उपेन्द्र सिंह सेन के घर से दक्षिण की ओर अम्बेदकर गनर /बनायक रास्ते पर वने पुल तक तथा पुल से दक्षिण की ओर खडड से होते हुए नगौण खडड तक तथा वहां से काणा खुह तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा शुरू हुइ थी।
8. वार्ड नं0 8 अम्बेदकर नगर इस वार्ड की सीमा का आरम्भ नेशनल-हाई-वे के नजदीक हमसफर होटल से आरम्भ हो कर श्री पदमसिंह व स्व0 श्री बजीर सिंह के मकान से होते हुए पुराना बाजार सड़क के किनारे श्री भीमसिंह हलवाई की दुकान तक। वहां से श्री उपेन्द्र सिंह के मकान से होते हुए अम्बदेरक नगर में बनायक जाने वाले पुल तक। वहां से लिंडी खडड से होते हुऐ श्री नरू राम श्री फागणु राम के घर से होते हुए पैदल रास्ते के साथ-साथ लखदाता मन्दिर तक वहां से स्व0 श्री चन्दु शेख तथा स्व0 श्री भवानी दत के मकान के पिछे से होते हुए भोजपुर बाजार में श्री मंगल चन्द गुप्ता की दुकान से पुराना वस अडडा तक तथा वहां से तिव्वतियन स्कूल से होते हुए वैलेसिुंग रेजर वायर तक तथा वहां से उतर की ओर वैलेसिंग रेजर वायरे के साथ-साथ हमसफर होटल के पास नेशनल-हाई-वे चौक तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा शुरू होती है ।
9. वार्ड नं0 9 भोजपुर इस वार्ड की सीमा लोक निर्माण विभाग के विश्राम गृह के मुख्य गेट से आरम्भ हो कर लिंडी खड्ड में श्री नरुराम व श्री फागणुराम के घर तक। वहां से पैदल रास्ते के साथ-साथ लखदाता मन्दिर तक। वहां से स्व0 श्री चन्दु शेख तथा स्व0 भवानीदा के मकान के पिछे से होते हुए भोजपुर में श्री मंगलचन्द गुप्ता की दुकान तक। वहां से कुमार होटल तक तथा वहां से दक्षिण की ओर लोक निमार्ण विभाग के विश्राम गृह के मुख्य गेट तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ होती है।
10. वार्ड नं0 10 चांगर इस वार्ड की सीमा खरीड़ी चौराहे से आरम्भ हो कर नगर परिषद् टाउन हाल तक। पुराना बाजार वहां से पैदल चलने वाले रास्ते के साथ-साथ चलने हुए निरकांरी सतसंग भवन5436 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 नवम्बर, 2015/05 अग्रहायण, 1937 तक तथा वहां से चौगान वाचनालय तक। वहां से नगर परिषद् सड़क के साथ-साथ नलेहर नाला पुल तक तथा वहां से पैदल चलने वाले रास्ते के साथ-साथ चलते हुए बी0बी0एम0बी0 सड़क तक वहां से नैशनल-हाई-वे चौक तक तथा वहां से नैहर पार करके घांगली खड्ड से होते हुए सुकेती खड्ड के संगम तक, वहां से दक्षिण की ओर साईफन तक वहां से पूर्व की ओर कन्ट्रोल गेट नेशनल-हाई-से होते हुए हमसफर होटल के पास चौक तक वहां से पूर्व की ओर ओर सर्कुलर रोड़ के साथ-साथ चलते हुए खरीड़ी चौक तक वहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ होती है।
11. वार्ड नं0 11 पुराना बाजार इस वार्ड की सीमा का आरम्भ संस्कृत कालेज पुराने भवन से तरामड़ी धार पर सैंचुरी सीमा के साथ-साथ स्वाड़ मुहल्ला होते हुऐ सिसमोलौजी प्रयोगशाला नया बाजार तक तथा वहां से उतर की ओर नया बाजार की सड़क के साथ- साथ श्री ठुनिया राम की मशीन के पास चौक तक तथा वहां से बी0बी0एम0बी0की सड़क से होते हुए श्री जीवन सिंह की मशीन के पास कलर्वट तक वहां से श्री मुकुन्द लाल की दुकान से होते हुए श्री सन्त सिंह सेन के मकान के पिछे व्यास परियोजना की सीमा के साथ चौगान गली में स्व0 श्री व्रेस्तु राम के घर तक। वहां से वाचनालय तक, वहां से पश्चिम की ओर चौगान गली से होते हुए नरसिंह मन्दिर प्रांगण तक तथा वहां से दक्षिण की ओर सड़क से होते हुए संस्कृत कालेज के पुराने भवन तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ होती है। 12. वार्ड नं0 12 पश्चिम कालौनी इस वार्ड की सीमा चौगान गली में स्व0 श्री व्रेस्तु राम के मकान से आरम्भ हो कर उतर की ओर नगर परिषद सड़क के साथ-साथ नलेहर नाला तक, वहां से पैदल रास्ते सें होते हुए बी0बी0एम0बी0 मुख्य सड़क तक। वहां से जीरो चौक से होत हुए सर्कुलर सड़क के साथ-साथ होस्पिटल चौक तक वहां से मुख्य सड़क के साथ-साथ फिल्ड होस्टल से घांगली पुल तक वहां से दक्षिण की ओर सुकेत सदन से होते हुए तरामड़ी पहाड़ी के साथ-साथ सिसमोलोजो प्रयोगशाला तक,वहां से वार्ड न011 की सीमा के साथ- साथ स्व0 श्री व्रेस्तु राम के घर तक जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ होती है। 13. वार्ड नं0 13 पूर्व कालौनी इस वार्ड की सीमा राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग एक्वाडक्ट से आरम्भ हो कर पूर्व की ओर मुख्य सड़क से वार्ड न012 की सीमा के साथ-साथ घांगल पुल तक, वहां से पश्चिम की ओर खडड के साथ नेशनल-हाई-वे सड़क एक्वाडक्ट तक ,जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ होती है

Prittam Chand aged 48 years s/o Jogi Dass, r/o Village Baghera Buhla, P. O. Baghera Sujanpur, District Hamirpur (H. P.). and Anjna Kumari aged 32 years d/o Dhian Singh, r/o Village Darogar, P.O. Thana Bajuri, Tehsil Bamson, District Hamirpur (H. P.). have filed an application alongwith affidavits in this court under Section 16 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 (Central Act) as amended by Marriage Laws (Amendment Act 01, 49 of 2001) that they have solemnized their marriage ceremony on 18-10-2015 in Murli Manohar Mandir at Sujanpur, District Hamirpur (HP) as per Hindu Rites and Customs and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objections personally or in writing before this court on or before 27-11-2015. After that no objections will be entertained and marriage will be registered accordingly.
