नस्ति संख्याः रैव0बी.ए.(3)-3/2014-II.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार (सामाजिक समाघात निर्धारण एवं सहमति) नियम, 2015 के नियम 4 के अधीन उन्हें प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सामाजिक समाघात निर्धारण इकाई (यूनिट) के गठन को निम्न प्रकार से अधिसूचित करते हैं :-
167-राजपत्र/2015-30-11-2015 (5527) 5528 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 नवम्बर, 2015/09 अग्रहायण, 1937 1. निदेशक, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, शिमला .............अध्यक्ष; 2. प्रभारी, राज्य ग्रामीण विकास संस्थान, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, शिमला ............. सदस्य; 3. विभागाध्यक्ष, समाज शास्त्र एवं समाज कार्य विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय, शिमला ............. सदस्य; और 4. मुख्य वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी, पर्यावरण विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, शिमला ............. सदस्य। उपरोक्त सामाजिक समाघात निर्धारण इकाई (यूनिट) पूर्वोक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों को कार्यान्वित करने के लिए एक स्वतन्त्र संगठन के रूप में कार्य करेगी।
अर्जन करने वाले विभाग, सम्बद्ध सामाजिक समाघात निर्धारण इकाई (यूनिट) को लिपिक वर्गीय सहायता के रूप में कम से कम दो वरिष्ठ सहायक और एक वर्ग-IV कर्मचारी उपलब्ध करवाएंगे। वह उक्त इकाई (यूनिट) को पर्याप्त लेखन सामग्री भी उपलब्ध करवाएंगे।

File No. Rev.B.A(3)-3/2014-ll.—In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under rule 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2015, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the constitution of the Social Impact Assessment Unit, as under.—
1. The Director, Himachal Pradesh Institute Chairperson
of Public Administration, Shimla.
2. The Incharge, State Institute of Rural Member
Development, HIPA, Shimla
3. Head, Department of Sociology and Social Work, Member
HP University,Shimla.
4. Chief Scientific Officer, Department of Member Environment, Scientific & Technology, Shimla.
The aforesaid Social Impact Assessment Unit will act as an independent organisation for carrying out the purposes of the rules ibid.
The acquiring Departments shall provide at least two Senior Assistant as ministerial support and one class-IV employee to the Social Impact Assessment Unit concerned.

Whereas Shri Madan Singh Negi s/o Late Shri Sunder Singh Negi, r/o Kali Ram Building Neena Niwas Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli, Tehsil and District Shimla, H. P. has applied for registration the name and date of birth of his daughter namely Kelsang Lhamo (DOB 14-02-1987) in the record of Municipal Corporation, Shimla, District Shimla.
Therefore, this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for entry as to date of birth mentioned above, may submit his objection in writing in this court on or before 27-12-2015 failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date and will be decided accordingly.

श्री कुलभूषण शर्मा पुत्र श्री ब्रहम्मानन्द, निवासी सन्तोषगढ़, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना ने इस अदालत में दुरख्वास्त दी है कि उसके पुत्र सुबान्शु शर्मा का जन्म गांव सन्तोषगढ़ में दिनांक 13-05-1992 को हुआ था, परन्तु इस बारे पंचायत के रिकॉर्ड में पंजीकरण नहीं करवाया जा सका। अब पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दिए जाएं।
अतः इस नोटिस के माध्यम से सर्व-साधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त जन्म के पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 09-12-2015 को प्रातः दस बजे अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा उपरोक्त जन्म का पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दे दिए जाएंगे।

दावा अन्तर्गत धारा 8(4) विवाह पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 19965567 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 नवम्बर, 2015/09 अग्रहायण, 1937 उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में श्री रणजीत सिंह पुत्र श्री मोहिन्दर सिंह, गांव बनगढ़, डा0 बनगढ़, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसका विवाह दिनांक 30-11-2010 को श्रीमती श्वेता पुत्री श्री बान्ता राम, गांव मावासिन्धयां, तहसील अम्बा, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) के साथ हुआ है। लेकिन अज्ञानता के कारण अपने विवाह का इन्द्राज स्थानीय रजिस्ट्रार विवाह पंजीकरण बनगढ़, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0प्र0) में न करवा सका।
अतः इस सन्दर्भ में आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त वर्णित के विवाह का इन्द्राज रजिस्ट्रार विवाह स्थानीय पंजीकरण बनगढ़, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी को एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 17-12-2015 को इस न्यायालय में उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है, अन्यथा इसके बाद उक्त वर्णित विवाह के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी। इसके बाद कोई भी एतराज काबले समायत न होगा।
आज दिनांक 17-11-2015 को मेेरे हस्ताक्षर व न्यायालय की मोहर द्वारा जारी हुआ।
