संख्याः ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ(10)-7/2011-वोल्यूम-I.—हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम सख्यांक 12) की धारा 63 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः ई.एक्स.एन. -एफ(5)-4/2005 तारीख 179-राजपत्र/2015-15-12-2015 (6263) 6264 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 दिसम्बर, 2015/24 अग्रहायण, 1937 02 दिसम्बर, 2005 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 7 दिसम्बर, 2005 को प्रकाशित हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर नियम, 2005 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर (पंचम संशोधन) नियम, 2015 है ।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. नियम 40-ख का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर नियम, 2005 के नियम 40-ख में "और ऐसी विवरणी के अनुसार" शब्दों के पश्चात्‌ "उन व्यौहारियों के सिवाए जिनकी इलैक्ट्रानिकली दाखिल, यथालागू मासिक या त्रैमासिक और वार्षिक विवरणियों पर उनके डिजीटल हस्ताक्षर हैं," शब्द और चिन्ह अन्तःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla, the 14th December, 2015

No.EXN-F(10)-7/2011-Vol.I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 63 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005(Act No.12 of 2005) the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, notified vide this Department Notification No.EXN-F(5)-4/2005 dated 2nd December, 2005 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra ordinary) dated 7th December, 2005, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1)These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule 40-B.—In rule 40-B of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, after the words and sign "according to such return,", the words and sign "except dealers whose electronically filed monthly or quarterly and annual returns as applicable bear their digital signature,'' shall be inserted.

No. HHC/GAZ/14-220/96-1.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to grant ex post facto sanction of five days earned leave w.e.f. 22-11-2015 to 26-11-2015 in favour of Shri Bhupesh Sharma, District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, H.P.

Certified that Shri Bhupesh Sharma has joined the same post and at the same station from where he proceeded on leave, after expiry of the above period of leave.

Also certified that Shri Bhupesh Sharma would have continued to hold the post of District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, H.P., but for his proceeding on leave for the above period.

Abhishek Katoch, Advocate, Chamba as Oath Commissioner at Chamba, H.P. for a period of two years with immediate effect for administering oaths and affirmations on affidavits to the deponents under the aforesaid Codes and Rules.
