No. HFW-B(B)1-2/2007-Loose-I.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to direct that the following provision be added to Clause No. 6.1.1 of the Policy for selection of Senior/Junior Resident Doctors in Government Medical College of the State under Medical Education Department, Himachal Pradesh notified on 04-01-2012 :--
190-राजपत्र/2015-31-12-2015 (6521) 6522 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 दिसम्बर, 2015/10 पौष, 1937 Clause 6.3.1.—In Super-Speciality Departments only, in the event of non availability of Post Graduate doctors, Junior Residents will be appointed for a period of three years instead of six months."

EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT

No. EXN-B(8)-1/2009.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act,2005(Act No.12 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Shri J.C.Chauhan,IAS, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh as Chairperson of the Himachal Pradesh Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala, District Kangra. The appointment shall take effect from the date of joining of Shri J.C.Chauhan and he shall be required to take the oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India, Office and Secrecy. The terms and conditions to be applicable will be as contained in this Department Notification No.EXN-A(1)-1/2008 dated 12.9.2008.
The appeals cases coming up for hearing and decision in the Tribunal which were decided by Sh. J.C.Chauhan while remaining as Excise and Taxation Commissioner will be heard and decided by Sh. Narinder Chauhan, Addl.Chief Secretary-cum-Chairman, Himachal Pradesh Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala who will continue to be Chairman of the Tribunal for such appeal cases.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EXISTING LANDUSE MAP

No. HIM/TP/PJT/ Narkanda Planning Area/1998/Vol-I/9588-9605.—Whereas, objection and suggestions were invited vide Notice No. HIM/TP/PJT/Narkanda Planning Area/1998/Vol-I/326-42 dated 9-4-2015 with respect to the Existing Land Use Mapfor Narkanda Planning Area under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977); and6523 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 दिसम्बर, 2015/10 पौष, 1937 Whereas, objections and suggestions were received and the modifications have been made in the said Existing Land Use Map, wherever required.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Act ibid, Notice is given that the Existing Land Use Map for Narkanda Planning Area is hereby adopted with modifications and a copy thereof is available for inspection during officer hours in the following offices:--
1. Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. 2. Town and Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office, Shimla. 3. Secretary, Nagar Panchayat Narkanda, Tensile Kumarsain, District Shimla
The said Existing Land Use Map shall come into operation with effect from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh and it shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that the Map has been duly prepared and adopted.
