Whereas it has been reported by the XEN (NH) Solan H.P. that the bridge over Bata River has been damaged and the foundation of six piers/ flooring has been exposed completely and as result of which it has become necessary to declare the bridge unsafe and regulate the traffic on the bridge.

And whereas he has requested to issue order to allow only one way traffic on the bridge in order to avoid any untoward incident and after considering the issue in depth, I agree with the report of XEN (NH) Solan.

Therefore, I B.C. Badalia, IA.S. District Magistrate, Sirmaur at Nahan in exercise of powers vested in me under section 115 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 do hereby order to ply only One Way traffic on the bridge over Bata River at Km 96/600 on NH 72 (New NH 07).
