No. Shram (A) 3-14/98.—In supersession of this department notification of even number dated 09-06-2008 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section-4 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 read with Rule-3 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1974, the Governer of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to re-constitute the State 204-राजपत्र/2016-19-01-2016 (6863) 6864 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 19 जनवरी, 2016/29 पौष, 1937 Advisory Contract Labour Board in order to advice the State Government on such matter arising out of the administration of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 consisting of the following members:—

No. SEC-13-7/2015-412.—Whereas the State Election Commission had issued programme for the preparation of electoral rolls of Municipal Corporation Dharamshala vide its Notification No. SEC-13-7/2-15-415 dated 5th January, 2016;

And whereas, the period for filing of claims and objections is fixed as 12.1.16 to 21.1.2016 and the final publication of electoral rolls was fixed on or before 6th February, 2016;
And whereas, the District Election Officer (Municipalities)-cum-Deputy Commissioner Kangra vide letter No. UDB (PA to DC)-5 dated 16.1.2016 has informed that the Revising Authority needs 2 weeks more time to correct the draft voter list and accommodate large number of left out electors;
Therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243ZA of the Constitution of India, Section 9 of the HP Municipal Corporation Act, 1994, read with Rule 14 of the HP Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 2012, do hereby issues the modified programme in respect of Municipal Corporation Dharamshalala as under:
| 1 . | Draft publication of electoral rolls | 27.1.2016 |
| 2. | Period for filing claims and objections before the Revising Authority | 28.1.2016 to 6.2.2016 |
| 3. | Period for deciding claims and objections by the Revising Authority | Up to 12.2.2016 |
| 4. | Period for filing appeals before the Electoral Roll Registration Officer | Within three days from the order passed by the Revising Authority i.e. upto 17.2.2016 |
| 5. | Period for deciding appeals by the Electoral Roll Registration Officer | Up to 23.2.2016 |
| 6. | Final publication of electoral rolls | On or before 25.2.2016 |
As soon as the notice of final publication is issued by the Electoral Roll Registration Officer, the intimation of the same may be sent to the Commission immediately through E-mail followed by confirmation by post, so that Commission could provide the data of electoral rolls to the printer for printing of theserolls. In all, twenty five sets of electoral rolls in respect of every ward shall be printed. These copies shall be used in the ensuing elections. Rest of the instructions issued vide Notification dated 5.1.2016 shall be adhered to strictly wherever, applicable.

No. PCH-HA(3)3/2000.—Whereas the tenure of the existing elected representatives of the Panchayati Raj Institutions in whole of the Himachal Pradesh, excepting all the Gram Panchayats 6866 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 19 जनवरी, 2016/29 पौष, 1937 and Panchayat Samitis of the Sub-Division Keylong in district Lahaul-Spiti and Gram Panchayats and Panchayat Samitis in Sub-Division Pangi of district Chamba, Zila Parishad Lahaul-Spiti, Gram Panchayats namely Jaban and Namhog of Development Block Ani, Gram Panchayats namely Karza and Soyal of the Development Block Naggar of Kullu district, is going to expire on 22nd January, 2016;
And whereas the date for the first meeting of the Panchayats has to be fixed by the Government;
Therefore, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers, vested in him under sub-section (1) of section 128 of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 is pleased to fix the date of the first meeting of the newly constituted Panchayats, on 23rd January, 2016.
