No. UD-A(1)-3/2015-I.—In exercise of the Power conferred under Section 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 read with Rule 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 2012, The Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the reservation of the wards in the municipal areas of the Municipal Corporation, Dharamshala on the basis of the information received from the Deputy Commissioner, Kangra, District, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh as below:—

No. HPFC/3889.—In pursuance of Regulation 74 of Himachal Pradesh Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2004, the Chief General Manager, General Managers, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Managers, Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers of the Corporation are henceforth authorised to operate, jointly by any two, the Current Accounts of the Corporation with various banks including the Reserve Bank of India.
