OF THE H.P. LAND REVENUE ACT
Whereas arrear of land revenue amounting to Rs.10,86,885/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. has been accured in respect of the land described in the schedule below in the estate and the sanction of the Divisional Commissioner, Mandi Division has been conveyed vide letter No. Commr.Mandi-LR-13-(4)/07-7449 dated 05-01-2016 under section 81 of the H.P.Land Revenue Act to sale the immovable property, detailed in the annexed schedule for the recovery of the said arrear, this is to give notice that the said immovable property will be sold by auction at Patwar khana Garli on the 05th day of March, 2016 at 11.30 AM. Land revenue amounting to Rs. (to be 232-राजपत्र/2016-25-02-2016 (8073) 8074 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 25 फरवरी, 2016/6 फाल्गुन, 1937 assessed later) per annum on the above said estate payable in respect of the said holding. Any person intending to claim a right of pre-emption must on pain for forfeiting the right give notice of his intention to me on an office day before that fixed above for the sale. This sale will be made subject to the provision of section 76, section 85(d) of the H.P.Land Revenue Act free from all encumbrances.

अतः इस सन्दर्भ में आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त वर्णित के विवाह का इन्द्राज रजिस्ट्रार विवाह स्थानीय पंजीकरण महलात, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी को एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 15-03-2016 को इस न्यायालय में उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है, अन्यथा इसके बाद उक्त वर्णित विवाह के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी। इसके बाद कोई भी एतराज काबले समायत न होगा।
