संख्याः ई.डी.एन.(टीई)ए(3)28/2015.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 03.04.2014 द्वारा अधिसूचित तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवम्‌ औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश में आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) के पद के भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियमों में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः-

248-राजपत्र/2016-17-03-2016 (8793) 8794 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 17 मार्च, 2016/27 फाल्गुन, 1937 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवम्‌ प्रशिक्षण विभाग, आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) पद के भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (संश्ाोंधन) नियम, 2016 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किये जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. उपाबन्ध-'क' का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण विभाग, आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) पद के भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2014 के उपाबन्ध-''क''- में-

स्तम्भ संख्याः 2 के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थातः-

Shimla-2, the 15th March, 2016

No. EDN(TE)A(3)28/2015.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is pleased to make the following rule to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Technical Education, Vocational & Industrial Training Department, Professor (Engineering), Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2014 notified vide this Department notification of even number dated 03.04.2014 namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Department, Professor (Engineering), Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) These Rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Department, Professor (Engineering), Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2014:—

For the existing provisions against the Column No. 2, the following shall be substituted as namely:—

Equity Share Holders of Tirupati Aluminium Limited having its registered office at Judi Kalan near IOC Bottling Plant, District Solan H.P. (Transferor Company).

Take notice that by order made on 3.03.2016 in the above Company Petition, the Hon'ble High Court of H.P. at Shimla has directed that the meetings of Equity Share Holders, of Tirupati Aluminium Limited be held at the registered office of the transferor company at Judi Kalan near IOC Bottling Plant, District Solan H.P. on 10.04.2016 at 10.00 A.M. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving with or without modification the Scheme of arrangements for amalgamation proposed to be made between Tirupati Aluminium Limited with M/S Sturdy Industries Limited.

Take further notice that in pursuance of the said order meeting of Equity Share Holders, of the Transferor company will be held in the premises of Tirupati Aluminium Limited at the registered office of the transferor company at Judi Kalan near IOC Bottling Plant, District Solan H.P. on 10.4.2016 at 10.00 A.M., at which time and place you are requested to attend.

Take further notice that you may attend and vote at the said meeting in person or by proxy provided that all proxy in the prescribed form duly signed by you or your authorized representatives is deposited at the registered office of M/S Tirupati Aluminium Limited of the transferor company at Judi Kalan near IOC Bottling Plant, District Solan H.P. not later than 48 hours before the meeting.

The court has appointed Sh. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate to be the Chairperson, Sh. Balwant Thakur, Advocate as a Alternate Chairperson and Sh. Rakesh Chauhan, Advocate to assist the Chairman and is Alternate Chairman to conduct the meeting as aforesaid. यदि उपरोक्त वर्णित तिथि को किसी भी व्यक्ति का कोई उजर या एतराज इस न्यायालय में प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो इस न्यायालय द्वारा जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने हेतु ग्राम पंचायत सिंगा उपनाम सुरकला को आदेश दे दिये जाएंगे।

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में श्री मनदीप सिंह पुत्र श्री हुक्म सिंह, जात तरखान, गांव लोअर देहलां, डा0 लोअर देहलां, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसका विवाह दिनांक 05-10-2008 को श्रीमती वलवीर कौर पुत्री श्री जोगिन्द्र सिंह, जात तरखान, गांव ऐलग्रां, डाकघर भलाण, तहसील नंगल, जिला रोपड़ (पंजाब) के साथ हुआ है। लेकिन अज्ञानता के कारण अपने विवाह का इन्द्राज स्थानीय रजिस्ट्रार विवाह पंजीकरण लोअर देहलां, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0प्र0) में न करवा सका।

अतः इस सन्दर्भ में आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त वर्णित के विवाह का इन्द्राज रजिस्ट्रार विवाह स्थानीय पंजीकरण लोअर देहलां, तहसील ऊना, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी को एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 09-04-2016 को इस न्यायालय में उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है, अन्यथा इसके बाद उक्त वर्णित विवाह के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी। इसके बाद कोई भी एतराज काबले समायत न होगा।
