संख्याः पर(एपी-बी)ए(3)-11/2013.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 318 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्या 8-3/72-डी.पी. (नियुक्ति-II) तारीख 15-05-1974 द्धारा अधिसूचित तथा तारीख 10 अगस्त, 1974 को राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित, हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (मैम्बरज़) रेगुलेशनज़, 1974 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :--

25-राजपत्र/2016-03-05-2016 (589) 590 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 03 मई, 2016/13 वैशाख, 1938 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (मैम्बरज़) (पच्चीसवां संशोधन) रेगुलेशनज़, 2016 है ।

(2) ये रेगुलेशन राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. रेगुलेशन का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (मैम्बरज़) रेगुलेशनज, 1974 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ 'उक्त रेगुलेशन' कहा गया है) के विद्यमान रेगुलेशन 5 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा; अर्थात्‌ :--

"5. The Chairman appointed to the Commission shall have parity with the Chief Secretary and Members shall have parity with Principal Secretary to the State Government, only in respect of pay scales:

Provided that there shall be no parity in respect of Secretariat pay or other allowances payable to the Chief Secretary or to the Principal Secretary:

Provided further that the allowances already admissible to the Chairman and Members holding the post prior to coming into force of these regulations shall not be withdrawn or reduced.".

3. रेगुलेशन 9 (2) का संशोधन.--उक्त रेगुलेशनज के विद्यमान रेगुलेशन 9(2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा; अर्थात्‌ :--

"(2). Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations the Chairman of the Commission shall be entitled to receive a fixed basic pay of ` 80,000/- and Members of the Commission shall be entitled to the pay scale of ` 67,000-79,000(No Grade Pay):

Provided that the Chairman and the Members of the Commission holding the post prior to the coming into force of these regulations shall be eligible to draw the allowances payable to the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary, respectively:

Provided further that if the Chairman or a Member, at the time of appointment as such is a person retired from Government, a local Body, a University or any other Body wholly or substantially owned or controlled by the Government and was drawing pay more than the maximum of the pay scales of Chairman and Member, in that case the last pay drawn by them shall be taken into consideration for fixation of pay subject to the condition that pay plus gross pension shall not exceed ` 80,000/-per month.".

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 30th April, 2016

No. Per(AP-B)A(3)-11/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Article 318 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following regulations further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Members) Regulations, 1974 notified vide Notification No.8-3/72-DP (Apptt.II), dated 15-5- 1974 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 10th August, 1974, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Members) (Twenty-fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2016.

(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of regulation 5.—For the existing regulation 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Members) Regulations, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the 'said regulations'), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"5. The Chairman appointed to the Commission shall have parity with the Chief Secretary and Members shall have parity with Principal Secretary to the State Government only in respect of pay scales:

Provided that there shall be no parity in respect of Secretariat pay or other allowances payable to the Chief Secretary or to the Principal Secretary :

Provided further that the allowances already admissible to the Chairman and Members holding the post prior to coming into force of these regulations shall not be withdrawn or reduced.".

3. Amendment of regulation 9(2).—For the existing regulation 9(2) of the said regulations, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

1. निदेशक, नगर एवं ग्राम योजना विभाग, नगर योजना भवन, ब्लॉक नं0 32-ए, कसुम्पटी, शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश-171009।

2. नगर एवं ग्राम योजनाकार, मण्डलीय नगर योजना कार्यालय, शिमला, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश, ।

3. सचिव, नगर पंचायत चौपाल, तहसील चौपाल, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश।

इस प्रकार तैयार किए गए विद्यमान भू-उपयोग नक्शे व रजिस्टर की बाबत यदि कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव है तो उसे राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में इस नोटिस के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित में निदेशक, नगर एवं ग्राम योजना विभाग, नगर योजना भवन, ब्लॉक नं0 32-ए, कसुम्पटी, शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश-171009 और नगर एवं ग्राम योजनाकार, मण्डलीय नगर योजना कार्यालय शिमला, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश और सचिव, नगर पंचायत चौपाल, तहसील चौपाल, जिला शिमला को भेजा जाना चाहिए ।

उक्त विद्यमान भू-उपयोग की बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से उपरोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि से पूर्व प्राप्त हुए किसी आक्षेप या सुझाव पर, निदेशक द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।

No. HIM/TP/PJT/Chopal PA/98/Vol-I/930-48.—In exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), Notice is hereby given that the Existing Land Use Map for Chopal Planning Area has been prepared under subsection (1) of section 15 of the Act ibid and a copy thereof is available for inspection during office hours in the following offices:—

1. The Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Nagar Yojana Bhawan, Block No. 32-A, Vikas Nagar, Kasumpati, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh-171009.

श्रीमती शीतल नेगी उपरोक्त ने इस न्यायालय में एक दरख्वास्त के साथ शपथ पत्र गुजार कर यह अनुरोध किया है कि उसने श्री रामेश्वर सिंह, निवासी ग्राम चांसू के साथ विवाह किया है लेकिन वह अपना नाम अब ग्राम पंचायत चांसू में शीतल चौहान के स्थान पर शीतल नेगी दर्ज करवाना चाहती है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उपरोक्त सर नेम की दरुस्ती बारे किसी भी व्यक्ति को कोई एतराज हो तो हमारे अदालत में दिनांक 15-05-2016 को या इससे पूर्व स्वयं या किसी प्राधिकृत एजेन्ट के द्वारा अपना एतराज पेश करें अन्यथा नियत तिथि तक किसी भी ओर को कोई उजर/एतराज प्राप्त न होने की सूरत में उपरोक्त सर नेम की दरुस्ती बारे आदेश जारी किये जायेंगे।
