संख्याःई.एक्स.एन.-एफ(10)-20/2014.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम से संलग्न अनुसूची 'ख' में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं और इन्हें जनसाधारण की सूचना के लिए राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में एतद्‌द्व्‌ारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है;

तद्‌द्वारा संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले किसी हितबद्द व्यक्ति के यदि प्रस्तावित संशोधन के सम्बन्ध में कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव है/हैं तो वह उसे/उन्हें इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 10 दिन की अवधि के भीतर आयुक्त, आबकारी एवं कराधान, हिमाचल प्रदेश, शिमला-171009 को भेज सकेगा;

उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त हुए आक्षेप (पों)/सुझाव(वों), यदि कोई हो/हों, पर इन्हें अन्तिम रूप देने से पूर्व सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :--

No. Ind.-A(F)8-1/2016.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare following Potential Industrial Zones in Industrial Corridors in Himachal Pradesh enabling the Department of Industries to plan development activities in these Potential Zones :—

The aims and objectives of these Potential Industrial Zones shall be as under:—

i. To clearly delineate and earmark the areas as industrial zones or clusters in the border areas of the State.

ii. To identify infrastructural gaps in these areas in sectors like power, roads, housing, social infrastructure development, Human resource development and other fields.

iii. To formulate comprehensive development plans to bridge the infrastructural gaps and to create congenial investment climate for existing industries as well as industries likely to be set-up in future in these Potential Zones.

iv. To ensure comprehensive development of the areas falling in these clusters so as to ensure inclusive industrial and social development of whole of the area instead of isolated development in few pockets.

v. To clearly spell out other fiscal incentives to be provided to the industries in future and to avail available incentives under cluster development programs of Govt. of India as well as State.

Parthasarathi Mitra, IAS (Retired), as the State Election Commissioner with immediate effect, for the superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls for, and the conduct of all elections to the Panchayat bodies and Municipalities in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

The salary and allowances payable to, tenure of office and other terms and conditions of service of the State Election Commissioner shall be such, as has been prescribed under the State Election Commissioner (Condition of Service) Rules, 2016 notified vide notification No.PCH- HA(4)-1/94, dated 20th May,2016.

श्री थीलन पुत्र श्री नोरबू शेरपा, निवासी गृह संख्या 276, वार्ड नं0 7, तहसील मनाली, जिला कुल्लू, हि0 प्र0 ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र गुजारा है कि उसका जन्म दिनांक 4-07-1976 को वार्ड नं0 7 मनाली में हुआ है परन्तु उसकी जन्म तिथि नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं की गई है, जिसे अब दर्ज करवाने के आदेश सादर फरमाये जावें।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को थीलन की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे कोई आपाि हो तो वह दिनांक 18-6-2016 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हज़ा में अपनी आपाि दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज मान्य न होगा तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री रमेश कुमार पुत्र श्री सुखदास, गांव व डाकघर गौशाल, तहसील लाहौल, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पिति (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन पत्र शपथ पत्र सहित इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है जिसमें उसने उल्लेख किया है कि उसकी पुत्री Kavita का नाम आधार कार्ड संख्या 2378, 1979, 3666 में Kavita दर्ज है जो कि सही दर्ज है परन्तु जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र व केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा जारी आठवीं व दसवीं के स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र में गलती से Kavita के स्थान पर Kabita दर्ज किया गया है जो कि गलत दर्ज है। अतः अब मैं अपनी पुत्री के नाम को जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र व केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र में Kabita के स्थान पर Kavita दर्ज करवाना चाहता हूं। इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने टाईम्ज आफ इंडिया समाचार-पत्र दिनांक 19-4-2016 व अजीत समाचार-पत्र दिनांक 21-04-2016 में भी अपनी पुत्री के नाम को जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र व केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र में Kabita के स्थान पर Kavita दर्ज करने बारे विज्ञापन दी है।

अतः इस नोटिस राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा आम जनता एवं सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि किसी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त प्रार्थी श्री रमेश कुमार पुत्र श्री सुखदास, गांव व डाकघर गौशाल की पुत्री Kavita के नाम को उनके जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र व केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा जारी आठवीं व दसवीं के प्रमाण-पत्र में Kabita के स्थान पर Kavita दर्ज करवाने में कोई एतराज हो तो इस अदालत में 17-06-2016 को असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा मुताबिक शपथ पत्र उपरोक्त प्रार्थी की पुत्री के नाम Kavita को जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र व केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा जारी आठवीं व दसवीं के प्रमाण-पत्र में Kavita दर्ज करवाने के आदेश पारित कर दिया जाएगा।
