इस बारे सर्वसाधारण को इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त ईन्तकाल मकफूल उलखबरी दर्ज करने बारे किसी भी आम या खास को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह अदालत में तिथि 13-06-2016 को हाजिर अदालत आकर पेश कर सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा। अतः उक्त महलू राम पुत्र लोंगू पुत्र शयामा, निवासी महाल जमूला, मौजा रझूं, उप-तहसील धीरा, जिला कांगड़ा, हि0 प्र0 के वारिसों के नाम ईन्तकाल मकफूल-उलखबरी दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

उपरोक्त मुकदमा में श्री डुबज्ञुत तन्जिन पुत्र श्री चन्द्रसैन, निवासी ग्राम व डाकघर कोटला पंजोला, उप-तहसील नारग ने इस नयायालय में धारा 35 ता 38 के अन्तर्गत अपने पिता का नाम चन्द्रसैन दरुस्ती करने हेतु आवेदन पत्र गुजार रखा है कि प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम चन्द्रसैन है परन्तु राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा कोटला पंजौला, उप-तहसील नारग में श्री डण्डूब ज्ञाछो दर्ज है, अब प्रार्थी अपने पिता का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा कोटला पंजोला में दरुस्त करवाकर श्री डण्डूब ज्ञाछो के स्थान पर श्री चन्द्रसैन करवाना चाहता है।1245 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 03 जून, 2016/13 ज्येष्ठ 1938 अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति, आम या खास को प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम श्री चन्द्रसैन राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा कोटला पंजौला में श्री डण्डूब ज्ञाछो के स्थान पर श्री चन्द्रसैन दर्ज करने बारे किसी प्रकार का उजर एवं एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 27-06-2016 को प्रातः 10 बजे अपना उजर या एतराज न्यायालय में पेश कर सकते है। गैर हाजरी की सूरत में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।
