सं0आई0पी0एच0बी(ए)3-2/2014.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश छोटी नहर अधिनियम, 1976 (1976 का 42) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसमें सलंग्न अनुसूची में दर्शित नहरों को, उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची-2 में तत्काल सम्मिलित करने के सहर्ष आदेश देते हैं।

संख्याः पीसीएच.एचए (3)42/2009.--क्योंकि विभाग में, जिला चम्बा के विकास खण्ड तीसा की ग्राम सभा सेईकोठी के मुख्यालय को स्थान सेईकोठी से बदलकर गांव ओला में स्थापित करने हेतु प्रस्तावना विचाराधीन है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का 4) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला चम्बा के विकास खण्ड तीसा की ग्राम सभा सेईकोठी के मुख्यालय को स्थान सेईकोठी से बदलकर गांव औला में स्थापित करने हेतु प्रस्ताव करते है और यथा अपेक्षित संबन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों की जानकारी एवं सार्वजनिक आक्षेप आमंत्रित करने के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने एवं जिला चम्बा के उपायुक्त को, उक्त बारे सुझावों/आक्षेपों को प्राप्त करने तथा उन पर विचार करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करने के आदेश प्रदान करते है;

यदि ग्राम सभा सेईकोठी के मुख्यालय को बदलने बारे उक्त प्रस्ताव के संबन्ध में, संबन्धित ग्राम सभा सदस्यों को कोई आपत्ति/सझाव प्रस्तुत करना हो तो वे अपने आक्षेप या सुझाव इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से 30 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त चम्बा को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात्‌ आक्षेप या सुझाव, जो कोई भी हों, ग्रहण नहीं किए जाएंगे;

राज्य सरकार, जिला चम्बा, विकास खण्ड तीसा की ग्राम सभा सेईकोठी के मुख्यालय को बदलने के सम्बन्ध में अन्तिम अधिसूचना, उपायुक्त चम्बा की सिफारिश के दृष्टिगत जारी करेगी।

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय व्यान हल्फी इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसका नाम राजस्व विभाग के महाल भैैरा में वन्टी राम दर्ज है। जबकि अन्य दस्तावेजों में उसका नाम वन्टी कुमार पुत्र तारा चन्द दर्ज चला आ रहा है। उसने अनुरोध किया है कि उसका नाम राजस्व रिकार्ड में वन्टी राम के बजाए श्री वन्टी राम उर्फ वन्टी कुमार पुत्र तारा चन्द दर्ज किया जाए।

अतः इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी के नाम की दरुस्ती बारे यदि किसी को कोई आपाि हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अदालत अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 7-7-2016 को आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नियमानुसार नाम दरुस्ती के आदेश पारित कर दिए जायेंगे।

Hence, this proclamation is issued to the general public if they have any objection/claim regarding date of birth of above named in the record of Gram Panchayat Moolkoti, Shimla may file their claims/objections on or before one month of publication of this notice in Govt. Gazette in this court, failing which necessary orders will be passed.
