Notice is hereby given that a petition for winding up of INOX WIND LIMITED having its registered office at Plot No. 1, Khasra No. 264-267, Industrial Area, Near Sub-station, Basal Village, Una District, Himachal Pradesh – 174303 by the High Court of H.P. at Shimla was on presented on 08.07.2016 to the Hon'ble High Court of H.P. by MAHINDRA LOGISTICS LTD having their registered office at Mahindra Towers, Dr. G. M. Bhosale Marg, Worli, Mumbai – 400 018 and by an order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh the petition has been directed to be advertised and ordered to be heard before the said Court of H.P. on 29.08.2016.

Any creditors, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing and making of an order on the said petition should sent to the petitioner or his Advocate notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and address, so as to reach petitioner or advocate of petitioner not later than five days before the date fixed for hearing of the company petition and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his Advocate. A copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditors, contributory on payment of prescribed charges for the same. Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition should be filed in Courts and a copy served on the petitioner or his advocate, not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.

उनवान मुकद्दमा.-दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवम्‌ मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में श्री जगदीश तान्टा पुत्र स्व0 श्री जिया लाल, निवासी मिहाना, तहसील जुब्बल, जिला शिमला ने एक प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि उसकी पुत्री ज्योती तान्टा की जन्म तिथि 28-9-1995 है जो सही व दरुस्त है। प्रार्थी ने अपनी दरख्वास्त के साथ अपना शपथ-पत्र भी प्रस्तुत किया है। प्रार्थी का कथन है कि वह अज्ञानता के कारण अपनी पुत्री ज्योती तान्टा की जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण समय पर ग्राम पंचायत बढ़ाल के अभिलेख में नहीे करवा सका तथा अब करवाना चाहता है जिसके लिए आवेदन किया है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त प्रार्थी की पुत्री की जन्म तिथि व नाम के पंजीकरण के बारे कोई भी आपत्ति या एतराज हो तो वह इस कार्यालय में दिनांक 25-7-2016 को प्रातः 10 बजे असालतन या वकालतन आकर अपना एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। कोई भी एतराज न आने की सूरत में ग्राम पंचायत बढ़ाल को प्रार्थी की पुत्री की जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण करने के आदेश पारित किए जाएंगे।

अतः इस विषय में आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को नाम दरुस्त करने बारे कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह असालतन व वकालतन मिति 27-7-2016 या इससे पूर्व इस अदालत में आपत्ति प्रस्तुत करे। अन्यथा आवेदक के पक्ष में आदेश पारित किए जाएंगे।
