हर खास व आम जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी श्री पवन कुमार ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में एक आवेदन-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसने अपना नाम व जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत बम्टा के जन्म पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज नहीं करवाया है, अब प्रार्थी अपना नाम व जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत बम्टा के जन्म पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज करवाना चाहता है, जो की इस प्रकार से है।

अतः ग्राम पंचायत बम्टा, तहसील चौपाल की जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त जन्म पंजीकरण बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो तारीख 11-08-2016 को या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपनी आपत्ति प्रस्तुत करे अन्यथा आवेदन पत्र पर जन्म पंजीकरण आदेश पारित करके सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत बम्टा को आगामी कार्यान्वयन हेतु भेज दिया जायेगा। आज तारीख 11-07-2016 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर सहित अदालत से जारी किया गया। मोहर।

ईश्तहार

उप मण्डल चौपाल में कर्मचारियों/अधिकारियों का बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि उप- मण्डल कार्यालय चौपाल में यात्रा भत्ता, चिकित्सा भत्ता व अन्य प्रकार के भत्ते जो सन 2004 से देय है। आहरण करने के उपरान्त कार्यालय की तिजोरी में पड़े हैं। इस राशि पर कोई भी दावा प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को पूर्ण ब्योरा इस कार्यालय में नहीं मिल पा रहा है।

अतः अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी का किसी भी प्रकार का भत्ता देय हेतु लंबित है तो इश्तहार प्रकाशित होने के एक महीने तक अपना भत्ता कार्यालय उप-मण्डाधिकारी (ना0) चौपाल से प्राप्त करे। अन्यथा जो कि पुराने भत्ते जो लंबित पड़े हैं उसे सरकारी कोषागार में जमा कर दिया जायेगा एवम्‌ तदोपरान्त कोई भी दावा मान्य नहीं होगा।

आवेदक मोतम लाल पुत्र स्व0 श्री कंवर सिंह, निवासी कोल्छा, तहसील चिरगांव ने दरख्वास्त गुजारी है कि प्रार्थी का नाम माल कागजात में मोतम लाल पुत्र कंवर सिंह की जगह नरोतम लाल दर्ज हुआ है जो गलत है मिसल क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारी को मौका की रिपोर्ट हेतु भेजी गयी मुताबिक रिपोर्ट क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारी के प्रार्थी का सही नाम मोतम लाल ही है मिसल के साथ सही नाम की पुष्टि हेतु प्रार्थी ने शपथ पत्र, आधार कार्ड, जमाबंदी लफ़ की है उक्त तथ्यों को मध्य नजर रखते हुए आम जनता को इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त नाम की दरुस्ती बारा किसी को कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 24-8-2016 को न्यायालय में हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा उक्त नाम की दरुस्ती नरोतम लाल की जगह मोतम लाल दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जायेंगे।
