संख्याः जीएडी-बी (ए)1-15/2013-1(चम्बा).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की राय है कि ज़िला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश की उप-तहसील होली से एक पटवार वृत नामतः सिंयूर को अपवर्जित करके इसे तहसील भरमौर में शामिल करना आवश्यक हो गया हैं ।

93-राजपत्र/2016-09-08-2016 (3389) 3390 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 09 अगस्त, 2016/18 श्रावण, 1938 अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा -6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा-5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आदेश देते हैं कि जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश की उप तहसील होली से पटवार वृत सियूंर को अपवर्जित कर इसे तुरन्त प्रभाव से तहसील भरमौर में सम्मिलित किया जाए तथा इस पुनर्गठन के पश्चात्‌ जिला चम्बा की उप-तहसील होली में 10 पटवार वृत तथा तहसील भरमौर में 15 पटवार वृत होगें।

GAD-B(A)1-15/2013-1(Chamba).—Whereas, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it has become necessary to exclude one Patwar Circle namely Sinyur from Sub-Tehsil Holy and to include it in Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954(Act No.6 of 1954) and section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act.No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the Patwar Circle Sinyur may be excluded from the Sub-Tehsil Holy and it will be included in Tehsil Bharmour of District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect and after this reorganization, there will be 10 Patwar Circles in Sub-Tehsil Holy and 15 Patwar Circles in Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba.

सं0पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5)19/2015.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु गांव जलाड़ी भडयारा, तहसील नदौन, जिला हमीरपुर में नदौन-सुजानपुर-वाया बड़ा सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌ द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।

2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-19 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, मण्डी, जिला मण्डी को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने के आदेश लेने का एतद्‌ द्वारा निदेश दिया जाता है।

3. भूमि रेखांक का निरीक्षण भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हि0 प्र0 के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

Gunjan Kumari who was born on 19-07-2007 but due to inadvertence, he could not get the birth registered in the record of Gram Panchayat Kothi, Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur, H.P. He further requested to issue an order for registration of birth of the same in the records of Gram Panchayat Kothi, Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur, H.P.

Therefore, notice is hereby issued to the general public through this publication that if anybody has any objection for the registration of his daughter named Gunjan Kumari whose date of birth is 19-07-2007 prefer his written or verbal objection before the undersigned within a period of one month i.e. before 16-08-2016 failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any objection for registration of birth of said daughter and order under the Act, ibid will be issued to the Local Registrar of Gram Panchayat Kothi.
