संख्या पी0बी0डब्ल्यू(बी)जी0-(6)4/2016.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश सड़क अवसंरचना संरक्षण अध्निियम, 2002 (2003 का 20) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपरोक्त अध्निियम के प्रयोजनों को कार्यान्वित करने के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक निर्माण विभाग, प्रथम वृत, मण्ड़ी के अन्तर्गत हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक निर्माण उप-मण्डल करसोग, जिला मण्ड़ी की बावत निम्नलिखित 94-राजपत्र/2016-10-08-2016 (3403) 3404 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 अगस्त, 2016/19 श्रावण, 1938 सड़क अवसंरचना नक्शों को अन्तिम रूप देने का प्रस्ताव करतें हैं और उसे एतद्‌द्वारा जनसाधारण की सूचना के लिए राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश/समाचार पत्रों में एतद्‌ द्वारा प्रकाशित करते हैं;

इन सड़क अवसंरचना नक्शे से संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाला यदी कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति इन नक्शों की बावत कोई आपेक्ष या सुझाव देना चाहे, तो वह सम्बन्धित कार्यकारी अधिशासी अभियन्ता के कार्यालय मे उनका निरीक्षण कर सकेगा और वह अपने आपेक्ष/सुझाव उक्त सड़क अवसंरचना नक्शों के राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश/समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से 60 दिन की अवधि के भीतर अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (लोक निर्माण विभाग), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार, शिमला-171002, को भेज सकता है।

सरकार द्वारा नीचे दिए गये ब्यौरे के अनुसार उक्त प्रारूप देने से पूर्व, उपर्युक्त नियत अव के राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश सड़क अवसंरचना संरक्षण अध्निियम, 2002 (2003 का 20) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित सड़क अवसंरचना नक्शों को नीचे दिये गये विवरणों के अनुसार अन्तिम रूप देते हैंः-

No.PBW(B)G-(6)4/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Act, 2002(Act No. 20 of 2003), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to finalize the following road infrastructure maps in respect of the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Division Karsog, Distt Mandi, under Himachal Pradesh Public works Department, Ist Circle, Mandi for carrying out the purpose of the act ibid and hereby publishes the same in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh/Newspaper for the information of the General Public;

If any interested person likely to be affected by these road infrastructure maps, has any objection(s) or suggestion(s) with regard to these maps, he may inspect the same in the office of concerned Executive Engineer and send his objection(s) or suggestion(s) to the Addl. Chief Secretary(PW) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002 within a period of sixty days from the date of publication of the said road maps in the Rajpatra of Himachal Pradesh/newspaper;

संख्याः जी0ए0डी0-सी(पीए)4-2/2003.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, मंत्रियों के वेतन और भत्ता (हिमाचल प्रदेश) अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 11) की धारा 14 के साथ पठित धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः जी.ए.डी-सी (पी0ए0)4(डी)-21/88 तारीख 31 अक्तूबर, 2000 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 18 नवम्बर, 2000 को प्रकाशित हिमाचल प्रदेश मंत्रियों के यात्रा भत्ता नियम, 2000 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है; अर्थात्‌ः--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम.--इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश मंत्रियों के यात्रा भत्ता (संशोधन) नियम, 2016 है।

2. नियम 4 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश मंत्रियों के यात्रा भत्ता नियम, 2000 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ ''उक्त नियम'' कहा गया है) के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (क) में, ''पन्द्रह'' शब्द के स्थान पर ''अठारह'' शब्द रखा जाएगा।

3. नियम 7 का संशोधन.--उक्त नियमों के नियम 7 में, ''एक हजार पांच सौ'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''एक हजार आठ सौ'' शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

No.GAD-C(PA)4-2/2003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 read with section l4 of the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers (Himachal Pradesh) Act, 2000 (Act No. 11 of 2000), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Ministers Travelling Allowance Rules, 2000, notified vide this Department Notification No. GAD-C(PA)4(D)-21/88 dated 31-10-2000 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary) dated 18-11-2000, namely:—

1. Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Ministers Travelling Allowance (Amendment) Rules, 2A16.

2. Amendment of rule 4.—In rule 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Ministers Travelling Allowance Rules. 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the "said rules"), in sub-rule (l), in clause (a), for the word "fifteen", the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.

3. Amendment of rule 7.—In rule 7 of the said rules, for the words "one thousand five hundred", the words "one thousand eight hundred" shall be substituted.

Bhumi Chand Chandel, Superintendent Grade-II to the post of Superintendent Grade-I (Class-I, Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100+5400 Grade Pay on regular basis with immediate effect.

He will be on probation for a period of two years on the post of Superintendent Grade-I (Class-I, Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs 15600-39100+5400 Grade Pay.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to appoint/post Sh. Bhumi Chand Chandel, Superintendent Grade-I in the Directorate of Language, Art and Culture, Shimla-9 against vacant post. He is directed to report on duty on the said post in the Directorate and submit his joining report to this Department.
