1. Short title.— These Rules shall be called the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh Members of Technical Manpower (Computers) (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) (2nd Amendment-2016) Rules, 2014.
2. Commencement.— The same shall come into force with immediate effect.
3. Amendments.—In column No.6 "Grade Pay" of Item at serial No.2 of the first schedule annexed to the aforesaid Rules, the figure Rs.3200/- shall stand deleted and substituted by figure Rs.3800/-
4. Item at Serial No. 2 of the second schedule annexed to the aforesaid Rules shall

Section Officer
The Section Officer is the In-charge of the respective finance Section in H.P. Secretariat for the works relating to establishment, Budget and accounts Matter and all service matter, R&P Rules disciplinary cases, Pay Fixation, Grant of benefits under ACPS & transfer cases of Class- I&II Officers of Finance and other Branch wise allocation of work as given above.
Superintendent Grade-II
Superintendent Grade-II working in the Secretariat supervises work of some of the dealing hands posted in the Section and submits their cases through the Section Officer. In the absence of Section Officer, the Superintendent Grade-II supervises the work of entire Section.
Senior Assistants/Junior Assistants
Senior Assistants/Junior Assistants deal with receipts and submit cases to the Section Officers or Superintendents. They are required to compile data, statics or information and deal matters including Cabinet Memorandum/Court Cases/Replies of Vidhan Sabha Question so as to present complete cases with all relevant data and also information with past precedents and viable/feasible solutions to facilitate the authorities to arrive at a definite decision. They are also required to maintain record/registers.
Clerks
Clerks posted in the section perform duties and functions as assigned to them by the Section Officer/Superintendent including the diary/dispatch work, Maintain casual leave account, type work of the section, distribute dak after diarising to dealing assistants in the section to open files and maintain reminder register.

They have to handle files/records of confidential or secret nature and as such they have to retain the faith reposed in them by maintaining secrecy. Shri Sharad Mittal son of Shri Narinder Mittal and Smt. Surbhi Mittal d/o Shri Arun Goyal both are resident of MIG-121, Sector-4, Parwanoo, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, H. P. have moved a joint application before the undersigned under section 8(4) of H.P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein that their marriage was solemnized on 21-01-2015 at Parwanoo as per Hindu rites but their marriage could not be entered in the record of Executive Officer, M.C. Parwanoo, Tehsil Kasauli within stipulated period. Hence they have prayed for passing necessary orders to the Registrar of Marriages-cum-Secretary, E.O., M.C. Parwanoo, Tehsil Kasauli for entering the same in the marriage records.
