No. HHC/Admn.6 (20)/77-XVIII.—It is hereby notified for general information that the High Court of Himachal Pradesh shall remain closed for the winter vacation from January 16, 2017 to February 25, 2017 and for summer vacation from June 5, 2017 to June 9, 2017. The High Court will resume its sitting from Monday the 27th February, 2017 and Monday the 12th June, 2017, after observing winter and summer vacations/gazetted holidays.

No. EDN(TE)B(2)5/2012-loose.–The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Dr. Yog Raj Sood, Professor (Electrical Engineering), NIT Hamirpur as Director/Principal of Mahatma Gandhi Government Engineering College Kotla (Jeori) on secondment basis for a period of 03 years from the date of assumption of the charge as such with immediate effect on the following terms & conditions:—
1. The Pay Band, Grade Pay and Basic Pay of Dr. Yog Raj Sood, which he was drawing in the NIT shall be protected.
2. He will be governed by the Leave Rules, Conduct Rules, Discipline Rules, Medical Attendance Rules & T.A. /D.A. Rules etc. as are applicable to him in the NIT.
3. Leave Salary and Pension Contribution shall be provided by the State Government. 4. Suitable residential accommodation/HRA shall be provided to him by the Department. 5. He will be provided with an attached vehicle on usual charges.
6. Special allowance of Rs. 3000/- per month shall be provided to him.
7. Telephone facilities at his residence/office on the rates fixed by the Govt. from time to time shall be provided to him.
8. He shall be entitled for Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) @ Rs. 3.0 lakh for every block of 3 years (Rs. 1.0 lakh per year) as is allowed vide letter No. F.No.23-1/2008-T.S.II dated 18th August, 2009 issued by the Govt. of India, Ministry of5328 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 नवम्बर, 2016/10 कार्तिक, 1938 Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Technical Section-II, on reimbursable basis. Hence, their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 15-11-2016 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

Aehju, Tehsil Joginder Nagar, District Mandi has moved an application before the court of undersigned that they have solemnized their marriage on 14-11-1986 but they could not registered their marriage in the record of Gram Panchayat Matehad. The applicants want to register their marriage i.e. on 14-11-1986 in the record of Gram Panchayat Matehad. The affidavits of the applicants along with the copy of record of the Gram Panchayat Talkehar showing the date of marriage are enclosed with the application.
Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the entry of the applicants marriage in the record of the Gram Panchayat Matehad, may file his objection in writing through his counsel or in person, in this court on or before 15-11-2016 failing which, no objection will be entertained after the expiry of said date.
