No. LCD-A(7)-2/2016.—In the supersession of all the previous notification issued in this behalf and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) and 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act No. 22 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to designate the following officers as 1st Appellate Authority and Public Information Officer for implementation of 154-राजपत्र/2016-10-11-2016 (5541) 5542 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 नवम्बर, 2016/19 कार्तिक, 1938 RTI Act, 2005 in respect of the Language, Art and Culture Department (Secretariat), in public interest with immediate effect.

In case, designated PIO i.e. Section Officer is on leave or Section Officer is not posted in the Section the Superintendent or the senior most in the Section will dispose off work relating to RTI matters till a Section Officer is posted in the concerned section.

हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि, औद्यानिकी और वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 1986 (1987 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 4) का और संशोधन करने के लिए अधिनियम ।

भारत गणराज्य के छियासठवें वर्ष में हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-

1. संंक्षिप्त नाम.--इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि, औद्यानिकी और वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2015 है।

2. धारा 44 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि, औद्यानिकी और वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 1986 की धारा 44 की उपधारा (4) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उपधारा रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

THE HIMACHAL PRADESH UNIVERSITIES OF AGRICULTURE,

HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

(AS ASSENTED TO BY THE GOVERNOR ON 3RD NOVEMBER, 2016)

ACT

further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and

Forestry Act, 1986 (Act No. 4 of 1987).

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. Short title.—This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry (Amendment) Act, 2015.

2. Amendment of section 44.—In section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986, for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—

"(4) The State Government may, subject to such terms and conditions as may be fixed, make such grants to the University every year, as approved by the State Legislature in the State budget for that year for the University. ".

अतः इस राजपत्र इश्तहार द्वारा प्रतिवादी/आम जनता व हितबद्ध संस्था को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी इस मकफूद-उल-खबरी इंतकाल दर्ज करने बारे उजर हो तो वह इस अदालत में5545 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 नवम्बर, 2016/19 कार्तिक, 1938 दिनांक 24-11-2016 को असालतन या वकालतन सुबह 10 बजे दर्ज करवा सकता है अन्यथा गैरहाजरी की सूरत में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी। इस मकफूद-उल-खबरी का इंतकाल दर्ज कर दिया जायेगा।

Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 along with an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 25-01-2015 at Sidhbari but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i.e. Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of above named applicants, then they should appear before the court of undersigned on 03-12-2016 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A.M. either personally or through their authorized agent.

In case no objection is received by dated 05-12-2016, it will be perused that there is no objection in the registration of the above said marriage and the same will be registered on the said date.
