No. TPT-A (4)-8/2015.— In continuation of this department notification number Tpt-A(4)- 8/2006 dated 14-7-2014, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 215 (2) of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is pleased to nominate Shri Rajinder Verma, Village 156-राजपत्र/2016-15-11-2016 (5557) 5558 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 नवम्बर, 2016/24 कार्तिक, 1938 Sareon, P.O Theog, District Shimla as non official members of "The State Transport Development and Road Safety Council", with immediate effect in public interest:

Whereas Shri Raj Kumar s/o Shri Bharat Chand, resident of Nangli, PO Ser Kao, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P. has filed an application alongwith an affidavit regarding the registration of date of birth of his son Riyan Verma i.e. 01-02-2014 for entry in the record of Gram Panchayat Chobhia, Development Block Bharmour, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba H.P., thereof.
Hence, this proclamation is issued to the General Public, that if they have any objection/claim regarding the registration of date of birth of Riyan Verma for entry in the records of Gram Panchayat Chobhia, Development Block Bharmour i.e. 01-02-2014 they may file their claim/objections on or before 12-12-2016 in this court failing which necessary orders will be passed to the concerned Gram Panchayat for registration of date of birth accordingly.

हर खास व आम जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री यंग दास ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में एक आवेदन पत्र मय शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उनके पोते श्री शिशु राम पुत्र स्व0 सत्या पाल का जन्म दिनांक 12-08-1990 को हुआ है अज्ञानतावश प्रार्थी ने उसका पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत दुनी के जन्म पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज नहीं करवाया है, अब प्रार्थी उपरोक्त नाम व जन्म तिथि ग्राम5561 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 नवम्बर, 2016/24 कार्तिक, 1938 पंचायत दुनी के जन्म पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज करवाना चाहता है, इस विषय आदेश जारी करने का अनुरोध किया है।
अतः ग्राम पंचायत ब्रेलंगी/दुनी, तहसील कल्पा, जिला किन्नौर की जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि श्री शिशु राम पुत्र स्व0 सत्या पाल का जन्म जो दिनांक 12-08-1990 को हुआ है का पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत दुनी के जन्म पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज करने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 02-12-2016 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत में हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा आवेदन पत्र पर जन्म पंजीकरण आदेश पारित कर सचिव ग्राम पंचायत दुनी को आगामी कार्यान्वयन हेतु भेज दिया जायेगा।
आज दिनांक 01-11-2016 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर सहित अदालत से जारी किया गया। मोहर।
