No. HIM/TP/PJT/DP-Kullu Bhunter/2004/Vol-IV/16673-89.—In exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the draft Development Plan for Kullu Bhunter Agglomeration of 161-राजपत्र/2016-21-11-2016 (5637) 5638 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 नवम्बर, 2016/30 कार्तिक, 1938 Kullu Valley Planning Area is hereby published and the Notice is given that a copy of the said draft Development Plan is available for inspection during the office hours in the following offices:-- 1. The Director,

Town and Country Planning Department, Nagar Yojana Bhawan, Block No. 32-A, Vikas Nagar, Kasumpati, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

2. The Town and Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

3. The Executive Officer , Municipal Council Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

4. The Secretary, Nagar PanchayatBhunter, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

The particulars of the said draft Development Plan have been specified in the Schedule below.

If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said draft Development Plan, it should be sent in writing to the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Nagar Yojana Bhawan, Block No. 32-A, Vikas Nagar, Kasumpati, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh-171009 or to the Town and Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh or to the Executive Officer, Municipal Council Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh or to the Secretary, Nagar Panchayat Bhunter, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh within thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh.

1. The Existing Land Use Maps.

2. A narrative report, supported by maps and charts explaining the provisions of the draft Development Plan.

3. The phasing of implementation of the draft Development Plan as suggested by the Director.

4. The provisions for enforcing the draft Development Plan and stating the manner in which permission for development may be obtained.

5. An approximate estimate of the cost of land acquisition for public purposes and the cost of works involved in the implementation of the draft Development Plan.
