उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवम्‌ मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में श्री दलवीर सिंह पुत्र स्व0 श्री सरजीत सिंह, निवासी ग्राम रोहटान, डा0 मान्दल, तहसील जुब्बल, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 का प्रार्थना-पत्र उप-मण्डल दण्डाधिकारी रोहडू़, जिला शिमला के माध्यम से प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमें प्रार्थी ने निवेदन किया है कि प्रार्थी के पुत्र अतुल कुमार दुल्टा की जन्म तिथि 25-10-1991 है जिसका पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत मान्दल के अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं है जिसके कारण जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र जारी नहीं हो पा रहा है इसलिए प्रार्थी अब अपने पुत्र का नाम व जन्म तिथि सम्बन्धित पंचायत के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त प्रार्थी के पुत्र अतुल कुमार दुल्टा की जन्म तिथि का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत मान्दल में दर्ज करने बारे कोई भी उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 03-01-2017 को प्रातः 10 बजे या इससे पूर्व किसी भी कार्य दिवस को अदालत हजा में हाजिर होकर अपना लिखित व मौखिक एतराज प्रस्तुत करे। यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई भी उजर या एतराज प्रस्तुत न हुआ तो यह समझा जाएगा कि प्रार्थी के पुत्र की जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण हेतु किसी को कोई आपत्ति नहीं है तथा ग्राम पंचायत मान्दल को नाम व जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित किए जावेंगे।
