| 1. | Nomination papers shall be presented: | On 11th, 12th and 13th January, 2017 (between 11 am to 3 pm). Nomination papers shall be filed at designated places and before the Officers appointed by the District Election Officers (Panchayat)-cum- Deputy Commissioner for the purpose. |
| 2. | The nomination papers shall be scrutinized: | On 16th January, 2017 (From 10.00 am onwards) |
| 3. | A candidate may withdraw his candidature: | On 18th January, 2017 (Between 10.00 am to 3.00 p.m.) |
| 4. | List of contesting candidates showing the name of symbols allotted to them shall be prepared and affixed: | On 18th January, 2017 immediately after the time of withdrawal is over. |
| 5. | List of Polling stations shall be published: | On or before 11th January, 2017 |
| 6. | The Poll, if necessary, shall be held from 7 AM to 3 PM: | On 29th January, 2017. |
| 7. | Counting of votes, in the event of Poll, shall be done: | The counting of votes for the Ward Members, Up- Pradhan and Pradhan of Gram Panchayats shall be taken up immediately after the close of the poll at the Gram Panchayats Headquarter. |
| 8. | The results of election shall be declared. | The results of the election of Ward Member, Up- Pradhan & Pradhan of Gram Panchayat shall be declared immediately after the counting is over. |

श्री लाल सिंह पुत्र श्री हेम राज, निवासी बाहुगी, डाकखाना व तहसील बालीचौकी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन पत्र मय शपथ पत्र इस आशय के साथ गुजारा है कि उसके पिता का नाम पंचायत रिकार्ड में हेम राज दर्ज है, परन्तु राजस्व रिकार्ड के मुहाल नौणा में गलती से हिम सिंह दर्ज हुआ है। अब प्रार्थी अपने पिता का नाम राजस्व रिकार्ड में पंचायत रिकार्ड के आधार पर हेम सिंह दर्ज करवाना चाहता है। अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण जनता व हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त नाम को राजस्व रिकार्ड में दरुस्त करने बारे किसी को कोई आपाि हो तो वह दिनांक 12-01-2017 को या इससे पूर्व अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित हो कर अपनी आपाि दर्ज कर सकता है। उक्त तिथि के पश्चात् कोई भी एतराज काबले समायत नहीं होगा तथा नियमानुसार आवेदन पत्र पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Surjit Singh Gujral and Surender Kaur Gujral have filed an application along with affidavits before the court of undersigned on 30-12-2016 under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they had solemnized their marriage on 17th February, 1974 at Saharanpur (UP) and they are living as husband and wife since then, hence their marriage may be registered under special Marriage Act, 1954.
Therefore, the General Public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in official Gazette after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be solemnized accordingly.
