NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following Rules further to amend the 200-राजपत्र/2017-18-01-2017 (6685) 6686 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जनवरी, 2017/28 पौष, 1938 Himachal Pradesh, Local Audit Department, Additional Director, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2008 notified vide this Department Notification No. 1-58/69-Fin(LA), dated 27-10-2008, namely:—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Local Audit Department, Additional Director, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajparta, Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment of the column 4 of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh Local Audit Department, Additional Director, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2008 :

For the existing provisions against column No 4, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"Rs. 15600-39100+8400 Grade Pay"

Amendment of the column 9 of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh Local Audit Department, Additional Director, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2008 :

For the existing provisions against column No 9, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"Not applicable"

For the existing provisions against column No 9, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

(i) Direct Recruitment:

(a) Two years subject to such further extension for a period not exceeding one year as may be ordered by the competent authority in special circumstances and reasons to be recorded in writing.

(b) No probation in case of appointment on contract basis, tenure basis, re-employment after superannuation and absorption.

(ii) Promotion:

(a) No probation in case of promotion.

No. Pub-B(1)-2/2005-II.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee is pleased to order the promotion of Shri Yadvinder Singh Chauhan, Senior Editor, (I&PR), Class-I (Gazetted) to the post of Joint Director, Class-I (Gazetted), in the Information & Public Relations Department, in the pay band of ` 15600-39100 +7800 Grade Pay on regular basis, with immediate effect.

अतः आगामी कार्यवाही से पहले सर्वसाधारण को इस नोटिस द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उपरोक्त नाम व जन्म तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत धमेटा, विकास खण्ड फतेहपुर में दर्ज करने पर किसी व्यक्ति को एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अदालत अधोहस्ताक्षरी में दिनांक 23-01-2017 को सुबह 10.00 बजे मौखिक या लिखित रूप से एतराज कर सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में उक्त नाम व जन्म तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत धमेटा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
