श्री यशपाल मोदी पुत्र श्री देवकी नन्दन जात ब्राह्मण, निवासी गांव व डाकघर पुवोवाल, उप-तहसील दुलैहड, जिला ऊना द्वारा इस अदालत में आवेदन-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसका विवाह गांव व डाकघर मैहतपुर, तहसील व जिला ऊना, हि0 प्र0 में दिनांक 11-04-2015 को वन्दना कुमारी पुत्री श्री विभीषण कुमार, निवासी गांव व डाकघर मैहतपुर, तहसील व जिला ऊना में हिन्दू रीति-रिवाज के अनुसार सम्पन्न हुआ था, परन्तु इस बारे पंचायत अभिलेख में किसी अज्ञानता के कारण शादी का पंजीकरण नहीं करवाया जा सका। अब पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दिये जायें।

अतः इस नोटिस के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त विवाह पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह स्वयं दिनांक 31-01-2017 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे से सांय 5.00 बजे तक अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है निर्धारित तिथि के उपरान्त किसी भी प्रकार का उजर/एतराज मान्य न होगा। अन्यथा उपरोक्त विवाह पंजीकरण करने के आदेश नियमानुसार पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।
