संख्याः ईडीएन (टीई)ए(3)4/2014.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 26-09-2016 द्वारा अधिसूचित तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवं 13-राजपत्र/2017-21-04-2017 (351) 352 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 अप्रैल, 2017/01 वैशाख, 1939 औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण विभाग सह-आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम 2016 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌.--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमाें का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण विभाग, सह-आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

2. ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. उपाबन्ध-"क" का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक एवं औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण विभाग, सह-आचार्य (इंजीनियरिंग), वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति, नियम, 2016 के उपाबन्ध 'क' में स्तम्भ संख्याः 2 के सामने विद्यमान उपाबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌.-- 17 (सत्रह)

No. EDN (TE) A (3) 4/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Technical Education, Vocational & Industrial Training, Department, Associate Professor (Engineering), Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2016, notified vide this Department notification of even number dated 26.09.2016, namely.—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, Technical Education, Vocational & Industrial Training Department, Associate Professor (Engineering), Class – I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajparta, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendments of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Department, Associate Professor (Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2016 for the existing provisions against Col. No. 2 the following shall be substituted, namely.—

"17 (seventeen)

04 (Four)

Electronics & Communication Engg 05 (Five)

05 (five) Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering B 01 (one) Computer Engineering Y 02 (Two)"

संख्याः यूू0डी0ए0(3)-7/2011-लूूज.--हिमाचल प्र्र्र्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्र्र्र्रदेेेश नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्याक 13) की धारा 31 द्धारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के परामार्श से, अधिसूचना संख्याः यू0 डी0 ए0 (3)-7/2011 तारीख 23-03-2012 द्धारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में तारीख 24-03-2012 को प्रकाशित हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर निगम (निर्वाचन) नियम, 2012 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम.--इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर निगम (निर्वाचन) संशोधन नियम, 2017 हैं।

2. नियम 10 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर निगम (निर्वाचन), 2012 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त नियम' कहा गया है) के नियम 10 के उप नियम (6) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः--

"(6) वार्ड मे महिलाओं के स्थान (सीट) का आरक्षण, उस वार्ड में कुल जनसंख्या की अधिकतम्‌ प्रतिशतता के आधार पर, उन स्थानों को अपवर्जित करने के पश्चात्‌ किया जाएगा जो, यथास्थिति, अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति से सम्बन्धित महिलाओं सहित अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थीयों के लिए आरक्षित की गई हैं।"।

3. प्र्ररूप 35 का संंशोेधन.--उक्त नियमोेंं सेे संंलग्न प्र्ररूप 35 की सारणी केे स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा अर्थात्‌्‌ः-- "

( )।"। 5. प्ररूप-43 का संशोधन.--उक्त नियमों से संलग्न प्ररूप-43 के भाग-II में क्रम संख्या 4 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः--

'' 5. उपरोक्त में से कोई भी नहीं।"।

6. प्ररूप-44 का संशोधन.--उक्त नियमों से संलग्न प्ररूप-44 में क्रम संख्या 5 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः--

'' 6. उपरोक्त में से कोई भी नहीं।"।

7. प्ररूप-46 का संशोधन.--उक्त नियमों से संलग्न प्ररूप-46 में क्रम संख्या 5 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः--

No.UD-A (3)-7 /2011-loose.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act No.13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the State Election Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation (Election) Rules, 2012, notified vide Notification No.UD-A(3)-7/2011 dated 23.3.2012 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 24.3.2012, namely:—

1. Short title.—These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation (Election) Amendment Rules, 2017.

"(6) The reservation of seats for women shall be made having highest percentage of population of women in the ward in relation to total population of that ward after excluding the seats which have been reserved for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, as the case may be".

3. Amendment of Form-35.—In Form-35 appended to the said rules, for the table, the following shall be substituted, namely.—

No.TCP-F(5)-3/2016.—Whereas, the revised draft Development Plan for Parwanoo Planning Area was published by the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) read with rule 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 2014 vide Notice No. HIM/TP/PJT/D.P. Parwanoo/2009/Vol-II/6000-18 dated 19-8-2015 for inviting objection(s) and suggestion(s), which were duly considered without any modifications.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No.12 of 1977), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to approve the revised Development Plan for Parwanoo Planning Area, without any modifications and the same is hereby published in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh as required under sub-section (4) of section 20 of the Act ibid. A Notice is hereby given that a copy of the said revised Development Plan is available for inspection during office hours in the following offices, namely.—

Thus, no modifications were made in the Development Plan.

Now, in exercise of the powers vested under sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No.12 of 1977), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to approve the Development Plan for Theog Planning Area, without any modifications and the same is hereby published in the Official Gazette as required under sub- section (4) of section 20 of the Act ibid.
