संख्याः का0(नियुक्ति-IV)-बी(7)-1/1998.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श स,े इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 7-5/73-डी0पी0 (नियुक्ति) तारीख 15-03-1973 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में तारीख 11-05-1973 को प्रकाशित दी हिमाचल प्रदेश एडमिनिस्टे्रटिव सर्विस रूल्ज, 1973 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. स्ांक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दी हिमाचल प्रदेश एडमिनिस्टे्रटिव सर्विस (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. रूल 23 का संशोधन.--दी हिमाचल प्रदेश एडमिनिस्टे्रटिव सर्विस रूल्ज, 1973 जिन्हें इसके पश्चात्‌ 'उक्त नियम' कहा गया है, के रूल 23 के सब रूल (5) के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

" (5) A member of the service shall be allowed the Special Allowance in addition to pay

to which he/she is entitled under subrule (1) or sub-rule(2), as notified by the State

Government from time to time".

3. अपैंडिक्स-II का लोप.--उक्त नियमों से संलग्न अपैंडिक्स-II का लोप किया जाएगा।

No. Per (A-IV)-B (7)-1/1998,.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Rules, 1973, notified vide this department's Notification No.7-5/73-Dp-(Apptt.), Dated 15.3.1973 and published in the Rajpatra (Extra Ordinary), dated 11.05.1973, namely.—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (First Amendment) Rules,2017.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule 23.—For the existing provision against sub- rule (5)of rule 23 of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Rules,1973, hereinafter referred to as the 'said rules', the following shall be substituted namely.—

" (5) A member of the service shall be allowed the Special Allowance in addition to pay

to which he/she is entitled under subrule (1) or sub-rule (2), as notified by the State

Government from time to time".

3. Omission of Appendix-II.—Appendix –II appended to the said rules shall be omitted.

Government shall be eligible to appear in the examination if he/she possesses a Bachelor's degree of a recognised University and has not attained the age of 45 (forty five) years on the first day of January of the year in which the applications are invited by the Commission for the Competitive examination. Any person who is eligible under this sub-rule and wishes to appear in the examination shall submit his/her application in the prescribed form through his/her Head of Office to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission".

TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT

Shimla-2, the 19th April, 2017

No. TPT-E(2)-24/2005-II.—In compliance to the Hon'ble High Court Orders dated 27-12-2016 passed in CWP No. 1566/2016 titled as New Prem Bus Services and Others V/s State of H.P., the parties and HRTC were heard and after consideration of the objections and the reply of HRTC, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to withdraw the Notification issued vide this department Notification No. Tpt-E(2)- 24/2005-I dated 10.03.2015 with immediate effect. The HRTC is allowed to operate JNNURM buses for next three months as per the permits already issued in public interest to avoid inconvenience to public. The HRTC is at liberty to obtain necessary permits for JNNURM buses from the competent authority under the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

No. Home-(A)B(1)-23/2015.—In supersession to this department's notification No. Home(A)A(1)2/2004-II dated 26th June, 2006, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the transfer of State Finger Print Bureau from State Crime Investigation Department to Directorate of Forensic Science, Shimla Hills, Junga alongwith 7 posts of Police Personnel i.e Inspector-1, Sub- Inspector-1, ASI-1, Head Constable-2 and Constable-2.

2. The Finger Print Bureau will work under the control of Director, Forensic Science w.e.f the date of publication of this notification in Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh. The Director, FSL will act as ex-officio Director and Asstt. Director, FSL will act as ex-officio Asstt. Director of Finger Print Bureau/Division.

3. A vehicle will be provided from the existing fleet strength of Directorate of Forensic Science to facilitate the staff of the Bureau. Expenditure on procurement of Finger Print Powder will be incurred under "Material & Supply" HOA/SOE of Forensic Science Laboratory, HP.

भुरा खान पुत्र स्व0 रोशन दीन, निवासी जम्बुखाला (नारायणगढ़) तहसील पांवटा साहिब, जिला सिरमौर ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि आवेदक किन्हीं कारणों से अपने पुत्र सुलेमान की जन्म तिथि 15-04-2011 का इन्द्राज निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत में दर्ज नहीं करवा पाया है। इस बारे आवेदक द्वारा एक ब्यानहल्फी भी पेश किया गया है तथा इस सम्बन्ध में दो गवाहों के शपथ-पत्र भी आवेदक ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किये हैं। आवेदक ने ग्राम पंचायत अजौली में अपने ऊपर वर्णित पुत्र की जन्म तिथि 15-04-2011 को दर्ज करने का अनुरोध किया है।
