संख्याः पर(एपी-बी)ए(3)-2/2014.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खण्ड (3) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्या 2-6/71-डी0पी0(नियुक्ति-II) तारीख 20-09-1973 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश 37-राजपत्र/2017-24-05-2017 (1347) 1348 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 मई, 2017/3 ज्येष्ठ, 1939 (असाधारण) में तारीख 21-09-1973 को प्रकाशित दी हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (इग्जैमशन फ्राम कंसलेटशन) रेगुलेशनज़, 1973 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दी हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (इग्जैमशन फ्राम कंसलटेशन)(थॅट्‌इअॅथ अमेंडमेंट) रेगुलेशनज,़ 2017 है।

(2) ये रेगुलेशनज राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. शैडयलू का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (इग्जैमशन फ्राम कंसलटेशन) रेगुलेशनज,़ 1973 से संलग्न शैडयलू की विद्यमान मद संख्या 8(i) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

"8(i) Process of selection and recommendations for making recruitment to all Class-III posts, except the posts of Post Graduate Teachers (School cadre-all subjects), Excise & Taxation Inspectors, Cooperative Inspectors, Food & Civil Supplies Inspectors, Police Inspectors, Election Kanungo, Extension Officers(Industries), Inspectors(Weight and Measures), Inspector (Panchayats), Mukhya Sevikas, Drug Inspector and Physiotherapist ।''।

No. Per(AP-B)A(3)-2/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following regulations further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1973 notified vide Notification No. 2-6/71-DP (Apptt.-II), dated 20-09-1973 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-Ordinary), dated 21 09-73, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) (Thirtieth Amendment) Regulations, 2017.

(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of SCHEDULE.—In Schedule attached to the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1973, for the existing item No.8(i), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"8(i) Process of selection and recommendations for making recruitment to all Class-III posts, except the posts of Post Graduate Teachers (School cadre-all subjects), Excise & Taxation Inspectors, Cooperative Inspectors, Food & Civil Supplies Inspectors, Police Inspectors, Election Kanungo, Extension Officers (Industries), Inspectors (Weight and Measures), Inspector (Panchayats), Mukhya Sevikas, Drug Inspector and Physiotherapist.".

संख्याः पर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 162 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्या पर(एपी-बी)डी(3)-4/2001 तारीख 28-01-2004 द्वारा जारी हिमाचल प्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, हमीरपुर के प्रक्रिया और संचालन नियम, 2004 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैे, अर्थात्‌ :--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, हमीरपुर के प्रक्रिया और संचालन (तृतीय संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है ।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. नियम 4 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, हमीरपुर के प्रक्रिया और संचालन नियम, 2004 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम 4.1 के विद्यमान खण्ड (xii) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

''(xii) स्नातकोार अध्यापक (स्कूल काडर-समस्त विषय), आबकारी एवं कराधान निरीक्षक, सहकारिता निरीक्षक, खाद्य एवं आपूर्ति निरीक्षक, पुलिस निरीक्षक, निर्वाचन कानूनगो, विस्तार अधिकारी (उद्योग), निरीक्षक (माप-तोल), निरीक्षक (पंचायत), मुख्य सेविकाएं, औषधि निरीक्षक और भौतिक चिकित्साविद्‌।''।

No. Per(AP-B)D(3)-4/2001.—In exercise of the powers conferred by article 162 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur (Rules of Business and Procedure) Rules, 2004 issued vide Notification No. Per (AP.B)D(3)4/2001, dated 28-01-2004, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur (Rules of Business and Procedure) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule 4.—In sub-rule 4.1 of rule 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur (Rules of Business and Procedure) Rules, 2004, for the existing clause (xii), the following shall be substituted, namely:—
