Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 along with an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 26-03-2001 according to Hindu rites & rituals but it has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i.e. Secretary, G.P. Rehlu and whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority. They also Stated that the record of GP Rehlu has been burnt in 2014 whose FIR is on file record.

श्री जगत सिंह पुत्र श्री कली राम, निवासी ग्राम फाईल, तहसील ददाहू, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0 ने इस अदालत में एक दरख्वास्त गुजारी है प्रार्थी के पिता का सही नाम कली राम है। जबकि राजस्व रिकार्ड मौजा जार द्रबिल, पटवार वृत कोटी धिमान में कलिया दर्ज है। जिसकी पुष्टि हेतु प्रार्थी ने आवेदन पत्र मय हलफीब्यान, नकल जमाबन्दी, नकल स्कूल प्रमाण पत्र, नकल आधार कार्ड व नकल जन्म प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है। जिसे वह अब राजस्व रिकार्ड मौजा जार द्रबिल, पटवार वृत कोटी धिमान में कली राम दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

Shri Dorja Phunchog son of Shri Chhulim Phunchog, resident of Village and P.O. Kaza, Tehsil Spiti, District Lahaul-Spiti, H. P. has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13(3) of Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein that his niece namely Late Miss Dolma Butit daughter of Late Shri Panchi Ram Bhanu, Village and P.O. Kaza, Tehsil Spiti, District Lahaul-Spiti, H.P. was died on 17-04-2014 near Bangla Colony, P.S. Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan but her date of death could not be entered by the applicant.
Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of delayed date of death of Miss Dolma, may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 19-08-2017 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
