No. 19 of Schedule 1 of the order ibid, which dealers in Sirmaur district can charge on wholesale and retail sale transaction as under:—

Terms and Conditions :

1. No wholesaler or retailer shall charge more than the margin of profit as fixed above.

2. Every Commission Agent/Wholesaler in Vegetables Market shall issue Form R to every farmer/grower at the time of purchase of fruits and vegetables from them and retain its one copy with him/her.

3. Every commission Agent/Wholesaler in Vegetable Market shall Issue Form-Q to every retailer showing rates of each fruits and vegetable sold to the retailer. On this Form/Cash memo, he or she shall show rate of the fruits/vegetables as per From-R and charge his/her margin of profit/commission as shown at column 3 above, which shall be shown separately on Form-Q and she/he shall retain its one copy with him/her.

4. The deafer engaged in wholesale as well as in retail sale business shall charge only one margin of profit on the transaction i.e. wholesale margin on wholesale transaction/ retail sale transaction. The wholesale margin shall be allowed at one stage only at one particular station.

5. Every retailer shall display price list of the fruits and vegetables available with him/her in business premises in Devnagri such as a way it may easily be seen by every customer.

6. Wholesale transaction would mean a single transaction of not less than the following:

Fruits and vegetables = 20 kg.

7. All Sub-Divisional Magistrate, All Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tehsildar /Naib Tehsildar and all Inspector Food, Civil Supplies and consumer Affairs in Distt. Sirmaur shall ensure compliance of this Notification in letter and spirit.

Form-Q by the commission Agents in Vegetable markets in the District.

The notification shall come into force the date its publication in Official Gazette.

Therfore, this proclamation, the General Public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for entry as to date of birth mentioned above, may submit his objection in writing in this court on or before 17-9-2017 falling which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date and will be decided accordingly.

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में प्रत्यार्थीगण श्री विनोद कुमार पुत्र श्री लच्छी राम, निवासी ग्राम हरीपुर, डा0 सुरजपुर, तहसील बददी, जिला सोलन, हि0प्र0 व श्रीमती आशा देवी पुत्री श्री मदन लाल, निवासी ग्राम नोलटा, तहसील कालका, जिला पन्चकुला हरियाणा, ने प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत कर अनुरोध किया है कि उनकी शादी दिनांक 23-11-2009 को हिन्दु धर्म के रिती-रिवाज अनुसार सम्पन्न हुई थी जिसका प्रत्यार्थीगण व उनके परिवार वाले किसी कारणवश ग्राम पंचायत सुरजपुर, तहसील बददी, जिला सोलन के रिकॉर्ड में ईन्द्राज नहीं करवा सके थे। जिसका वह अब ग्राम पंचायत सुरजपुर के रिकार्ड में शादी ईन्द्राज करवाना चाहते हैं। अतः हर आम/खास को बजरिया ईश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त श्री विनोद कुमार पुत्र श्री लच्छी राम, निवासी ग्राम हरीपुर, डा0 सुरजपुर, तहसील बद्‌दी, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 व श्रीमती आशा देवी पुत्री श्री मदन लाल, निवासी ग्राम नोलटा, तहसील कालका, जिला पन्चकुला, हरियाणा की शादी का ईन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत सुरजपुर के रिकार्ड में दर्ज होने बारे अगर किसी को कोई उजर व एतराज है तो वह दिनांक 31-08-2017 को इस न्यायालय में उपस्थित आकर उजर व एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं अन्यथा प्रत्यार्थीगण द्वारा प्रस्तुत ब्यान हल्फियानामा के आधार पर शादी इन्द्राज हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत को विवाह इन्द्राज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे। बाद गुजरने मियाद किसी का कोई एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा।
