श्रीमती पुष्पा कुमारी पत्नी श्री सुरेन्द्र सिंह, ग्राम व डाकघर लाना भल्टा, तहसील पच्छाद, जिला सिरमौर, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ पत्र गुजारा है कि उसकी पुत्री आरती का जन्म 26-06-2001 को हुआ है, जिसका इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत लाना भल्टा, तहसील पच्छाद में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है।
अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा हर आम व खास को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उक्त नाम या तिथि पंचायत रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 08-09-2017 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत में हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत को सम्बन्धित उक्त नाम व तिथि दर्ज करने बारे आदेश जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।
आज दिनांक 08-08-2017 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।
