No. 5-9/2014-ELN.— On the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order promotion of Sh. Vijay Kumar, Election Kanungo 203-राजपत्र/2017-01-01-2018 (9319) 9320 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 जनवरी, 2018/11 पौष, 1939 to the post of Naib-Tehsildar (Election) in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800/- plus Rs. 4800/- Grade Pay against vacancy of Naib-Tehsildar (Election), with immediate effect.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order posting of aforesaid official as Naib-Tehsildar (Election) in the District Election Office, Mandi against vacancy.

The above officer will remain on probation for a period of two years subject to such further extension for a period not exceeding one year as may be ordered by the competent authority in special circumstances and reasons to be recorded in writing.

The above officer will have to exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of saving clause of FR-22(I)(a)(1) within a period of one month from the date of joining as Naib- Tehsildar (Election).

This promotion shall be subject to the final decision of the O. A. No. 940/2015 titled as

Chhewang Dorje vs State of H. P. and Others pending before the Hon'ble H. P.

Administrative Tribunal, Shimla.

No. EDN-A-Kha (2)-53/2017.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to terminate the re-employment of Shri Balwant Chauhan, Principal (College Cadre) (Retired) at present posted at GDC Saraswati Nagar (Shimla) who was re-employed after attaining the age of superannuation for a period of one year w.e.f. 1st June, 2017 to 31st May, 2018 vide this department Notification of even No. dated 30th May, 2017 with immediate effect.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to assign the additional charge of Principal, GDC Saraswati Nagar (Shimla) to Principal, GDC Seema (Rohru) (Shimla) without any extra remuneration, till further orders.

संख्याः एफ0एफ0ई0बी0एफ0(14)-11/2014.--इस अधिसूचना में अन्तःस्थापित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि में या उस पर, सरकार तथा प्राइवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की जांच कर ली गई है और उन्हें भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित अभिलिखित कर लिया है;

उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि, सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी।

Shimla-2, the 7th December, 2017

Notification No. FFE-B-F(14)-11/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under Sub- Section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section-29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 7th December, 2017

Notification No.FFE-B-F(14)-17/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under Sub- Section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section-29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

संख्याः एफ0एफ0ई0बी0एफ0(14)-25/2014.--इस अधिसूचना में अन्तःस्थापित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि में या उस पर, सरकार तथा प्राइवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की जांच कर ली गई है और उन्हें भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित अभिलिखित कर लिया है;

उक्त अनुसूची में दर्षित वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि, सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

Notification No.FFE-B-F(14)-25/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under Sub- Section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/ Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section-29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

श्रीमती Darshna Kumari पुत्री श्री Mohinder Singh, निवासी Sukkar, तहसील धर्मशाला, जिला कांगड़ा ने इस अदालत में शपथ-पत्र सहित मुकद्दमा दायर किया है कि उसकी पुत्री Beena Devi का जन्म दिनांक 16-06-1986 है परन्तु एम0सी0/ग्राम पंचायत Sukkar में जन्म पंजीकृत न है अतः इसे पंजीकृत किये जाने के आदेश दिये जायें। इस नोटिस के द्वारा समस्त जनता को तथा सम्बन्धित सम्बन्धियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उपरोक्त बच्चे Beena Devi का जन्म पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह अपना एतराज हमारी अदालत में दिनांक 04-01-2018 को असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा मुताबिक शपथ-पत्र जन्म तिथि पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

विषय.--नाम दरूस्ती बारे आवेदन।

इस न्यायालय में श्री बबल सिंह पुत्र श्री राम सिंह उर्फ भदरू, निवासी़ गांव नौण, डाकघर कोट, तहसील चच्योट ने आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसके पिता का नाम पंचायत अभिलेख में राम सिंह तथा राजस्व अभिलेख में भदरू दर्ज है। जिसमें कि परस्पर भिन्नता पाई जा रही है। वास्तव में आवेदक के पिता का नाम राम सिंह उर्फ भदरू था। घर में उन्हें इसी नाम से पुकारा जाता था। यद्यपि आवेदक के पिता श्री राम सिंह का निधन दिनांक 12-04-2010 को हो चुका है। प्रार्थी ने साक्ष्य के रूप में प्रतिलिपि नकल परिवार रजिस्टर, नकल जमाबन्दी, मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र, 10वीं का प्रमाण-पत्र एवं अपना शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त इस मामले में क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारी के माध्यम से जांच भी करवाई गई। जिसमें पाया गया कि आवेदक के पिता का नाम वास्तव में राम सिंह उर्फ भदरु ही था।

अतः इस आशय की जानकारी आम जनता को हो, कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वोे एक माह के भीतर अपना पक्ष दिनांक 03-01-2018 तक प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशन के पश्चात्‌ किसी भी प्रकार का उजर/एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा एवं आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
