दिनांकः 03 जनवरी, 2018 संख्याः हिम/टी0सी0पी0/न0-50/2017-211.227.--हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर एवं ग्राम योजना अधिनियम 1977 की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण, पावंटा साहिब के लिए संशोधित विकास योजना साल 2017-2035 तक को एतद्‌ द्वारा 212-राजपत्र/2017-11-01-2018 (9645) 9646 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 जनवरी, 2018/21 पौष, 1939 प्रकाशित किया जाता है और नोटिस दिया जाता है कि उक्त संशोधित प्रारूप विकास योजना कार्यालय समय के दौरान निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों में निरीक्षण हेतु उपलब्ध हैः-

1. जिलाधीश, जिला सिरमौर, नाहन, हिमाचल प्रदेश। 2. नगर एवं ग्राम योजनाकार, मण्डलीय नगर योजना कार्यालय, नाहन, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0। 3. प्रधान, ग्राम पंचायत शिवपुर, मुगलवाला करतारपुर, अंजौली, अमरकोट, बद्रीपुर, बेहराल, मतरालियों कुंजा, निहालगढ़, भांटावाली, नवादा, और फूलपुर। तहसील पावंटा साहिब, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0।

उक्त संशोधित विकास योजना की विशिष्टियां निम्नलिखित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट की गई हैं। उक्त संशोधित विकास योजना की बाबत यदि कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव है तो उसे इस नोटिस के राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर लिखित में जिलाधीश, जिला सिरमौर, नाहन, हिमाचल प्रदेश या सदस्य सचिव, विशेष क्षेत्र प्राधिकरण, पावंटा साहिब एवं नगर एवं ग्राम योजनाकार, मण्डलीय नगर योजना कार्यालय, नाहन, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0 को भेजी जाए।

अनुसूची

1. विद्यमान भू-उपयोग नक्शे। 2. संशोधित विकास योजना के उपबन्धों को स्पष्ट करते हुए नक्शों और चार्टों द्वारा समर्थित वर्णनात्मक रिपोर्ट।

3. उपायुक्त द्वारा यथा सुझाए गए संशोधित विकास योजना के क्रियान्वयन की व्यवस्था। 4. संशोधित विकास योजना को प्रवर्तित करने के लिए उपबन्ध और रीति, जिसमें विकास की अनुज्ञा अभिप्राप्त की जा सकेगी, का कथन।

5. लोक प्रयोजनों के लिए भू-अर्जन की कीमत का अनुमानित प्राक्कलन और संशोधित विकास योजना के कार्यान्वयन में अन्तर्वलित संकर्मों की लागत।

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF REVISED DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF PAONTA SAHIB SPECIAL AREA, 2017-2035

Dated: the 03rd January, 2018

No. HIM/TCP/N-50/2017- 211-227.—In exercise of the powers vested under sub- section (1) of section 19 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 the Revised Development Plan of Paonta Sahib Special Area, 2017-2035 is hereby published and the Notice is given that a copy of the said Revised Development Plan is available for inspection during the office hours in the following offices:—

Himachal Pradesh.

2. The Town and Country Planner–cum-Member Secretary Paonta Sahib Divisional Town Planning Office, Nahan, Himachal Pradesh.

3. The Pradhan's, Gram Panchayat Ajauli, Mugalwala Kartarpur, Behral, Shivpur, Amarkot, Badripur, Matralion Kunja, Nihalgarh, Bhattanwali, Nawada and Phoolpur Tehsil Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh.

The particulars of the said Revised Development Plan (Draft) of Paonta Sahib Special Area, 2017-2035 has been specified in the Schedule below.

If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said Revised Development Plan (Draft) of Paonta Sahib Special Area, 2017-2035, it should be sent in writing to the Chairman, Special Area Development Authority, Paonta Sahib -cum- Deputy Commissioner, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh or to the Member Secretary, SADA Paonta Sahib-cum-Town and Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office, Nahan, Distt. Sirmour, H.P. within thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh.

1. The Existing Land Use Maps. 2. A narrative report, supported by maps and charts explaining the provisions of the Revised Development Plan.

3. The phasing of implementation of the Revised Development Plan as suggested by the Chairman.

4. The provisions for enforcing the Revised Development Plan and stating the manner in which permission for development may be obtained.

5. The provisions to acquire land for public purposes involved in the implementation of the Revised Development Plan.

No.FFE-B-F(14)-174/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/ Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under Sub- Section (3) of Section- 29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/ waste land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section-29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/ Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

No.FFE-B-F(14)-188/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/ Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under Sub- Section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/ waste land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of Section- 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter- IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/ Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.
