स्ांख्याः जीएडी-बी-(ए) 1-11/2013 (मण्डी).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है कि निम्नलिखित स्तम्भ संख्या 6 में दर्शाए गए पटवार वृत्तों से गठित, जिला मण्डी में उप-तहसील छतरी सृजित की जाए, ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के सम्बद्ध लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सके और जिससे उनको होने वाली असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण हो सके।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला मण्डी हिमाचल प्रदेश में उप-तहसील छतरी का सृजन करते हैं :-

No. GAD-B-(A)-1-11/2013(Mandi).—Whereas, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary to do so that a new Sub-Tehsil Chhatri in District Mandi may be 10612 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 17 फरवरी, 2018/28 माघ, 1939 created consisting of the Patwar Circles shown in column 6, below to provide better services to the concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid inconvenience faced by them and to have the better administrative control.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act 6 of 1954) and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create a new Sub-Tehsil at Chhatri in District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh:—

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश उपमण्डल (नागरिक) चच्योट से तहसील थुनाग के चौदह पटवार वृाों के सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र, उप-तहसील छतरी के पांच पटवार वृाों और तहसील बालीचौकी के एक पटवार वृा को अपवर्जित करते हैं और जिला मण्डी में उपमण्डल (नागरिक), थुनाग, जिसका मुख्यालय थुनाग, में होगा, तुरन्त प्रभाव से सृजित करते हैं, जिनमें निम्नलिखित पटवार वृा समाविष्ट होंगेः-

GAD-B(A)1-11/2013-II (Mandi).—Whereas, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary to do so that in District Mandi Sub-Division (Civil) to be known as 10614 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 17 फरवरी, 2018/28 माघ, 1939 "Thunag" may be created by excluding the entire Tehsil Thunag, having 14 Patwar Circles, 5 Patwar Circles of Sub-Tehsil Chhatri and one Patwar Circle of Tehsil Balichowki, from Sub- Division (C) Chachiot.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908) the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to exclude the entire area of 14 Patwar Circles of Tehsil Thunag , 5 Patwar Circles of Sub Tehsil Chhatari and one Patwar Circle of Tehsil Balichowki from Sub Division (C) Chachiot and to create a new Sub-Division (Civil) Thunag with its Headquarter at Thunag in District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, which shall consist of following Patwar Circles, with immediate effect :—

In context of these projects, services of willing dynamic, effective and experienced officers/officials preferably with strong background of working in the revenue department of the State who have retired or are on the verge of retirement would be required by the PWD.

श्री महेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री रण सिंह, निवासी ग्राम बेडोन, तहसील ददाहू, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0 ने इस अदालत में एक दरख्वास्त गुजारी है कि प्रार्थी के पुत्र युवराज सिंह व उसकी माता का नाम श्रीमती शीला देवी तथा जन्म तिथि 12-07-2004 ग्राम पंचायत खाला क्यार के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं है। जिसकी पुष्टि10627 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 17 फरवरी, 2018/28 माघ, 1939 हेतु प्रार्थी ने आवेदन पत्र मय हल्फिब्यान, सचिव ग्राम पंचायत खाला क्यार एवं जिला रजिस्ट्रार, जन्म एवं मृत्यु एवं मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, नाहन जिला सिरमौर की संस्तुति प्रस्तुत की है। जिसे प्रार्थी अब अपने पुत्र का नाम व जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत खालाक्यार के मूल रिकार्ड में दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

अतः इस नोटिस द्वारा समस्त जनता ग्राम बेडोन व प्रार्थी के समस्त रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उक्त प्रार्थी के पुत्र युवराज सिंह की जन्म तिथि 12-07-2004 ग्राम पंचायत खालाक्यार के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 28-02-2018 तक असालतन व वकालतन इस कार्यालय में उपस्थित होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। उसके उपरान्त कोई उजर व एतराज नहीं सुना जाएगा और नियमानुसार प्रार्थना-पत्र का निपटारा कर दिया जाएगा।

उनवान मुकद्दमा : प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

श्री सुरेन्द्र सैनी पुत्र श्री कश्मीर सिंह, निवासी देवी नगर, तहसील पांवटा साहिब, जिला सिरमौर ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि आवेदक किन्हीं कारणों से अपनी पुत्री तमनज्योत कौर की जन्म तिथि 14-07-2016 का इन्द्राज निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत/नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ में दर्ज नहीं करवा पाया है। इस बारे आवेदक द्वारा एक ब्यान हल्फी भी पेश किया गया है तथा इस सम्बन्ध में दो गवाहों के शपथ-पत्र भी आवेदक ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किये हैं आवेदक ने ग्राम पंचायत/नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ पांवटा साहिब में अपनी ऊपर वर्णित पुत्री की जन्म तिथि 14-07-2016 को दर्ज करने का अनुरोध किया है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को कुमारी तमनज्योत कौर की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत/नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ पांवटा साहिब, तहसील पांवटा साहिब में दर्ज करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 23-02-2018 को या इससे पूर्व हमारे न्यायालय में हाजिर होकर लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज पेश कर सकता है उक्त निश्चित तिथि के बाद कोई भी एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा और समझा जाएगा कि कुमारी तमनज्योत कौर की जन्म तिथि को सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत/नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ में दर्ज करने बारे किसी को कोई एतराज नहीं है तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण के आदेश जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।
