5. T.A/D.A to the non-official members shall be paid as per the Government norms.

6. The committee shall have the right to invite an expert for the meeting.

Shimla-2, the 16 March, 2018

No. GAD-C(A)1-1/2005.—In continuation to this Department notification of even number dated 28-12-2017, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to accord ex-post facto sanction for creation of one post of Political Advisor to the Chief Minister and to appointment thereto Shri Trilok Jamwal s/o Shri Bhup Chand Jamwal, r/o Ashirwad Bhawan, Chaura Maidan, Shimla-4 with effect from 28th December, 2017 in the rank of Cabinet Minister on following terms and conditions :—

1. The Political Advisor to the Chief Minister will be entitled for ` 1,20,000/- per month as honorarium.

2. He will be entitled to semi-furnished Government Accommodation or he will be entitled for the House Rent at rate ` 4,000/- per month in case he is not provided the accommodation by the Government. If he ceases to be the Political Advisor to the Chief Minister or his services are no longer required by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, he will vacate the accommodation within 15 days of such notification. Furniture charges will not be admissible in case he is receiving house rent allowance in lieu of Government Accommodation.

3. He shall be entitled for daily allowance @ ` 200/- per day while on tour. The actual expenditure of electricity and water charges of the provided accommodation will be borne by the Government.

4. He will be provided a car/vehicle by the Government and its expenditure will be borne by the Government or vehicle allowance to the tune of ` 2000/- per Month will be provided in place of vehicle facility.

5. He will be entitled for road mileage allowance @ ` 8.0 per km (hilly and plain area) while on tour in his own vehicle.

6. He will be entitled to sumptuary allowance @ ` 2000/- per month.

7. The telephone facilities will be provided to him in the office by the Government. An amount of ` 3800/- bi-monthly will be given to him for the expenditure on residential telephone/mobile used by him.

8. He shall be entitled for medical reimbursement as per actual claim.

9. He will be eligible to countersign his TA/DA bills and for his tour programmes, he himself will be the Controlling Officer.

This issue with the prior concurrence for the Finance Department obtained vide their Dy. No. 54238301/U.O. Fin(C)A(9)-1/2016 dated 28-02-2018.

No. FFE-B-F(14)-167/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule 11488 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 मार्च, 2018/2 चैत्र, 1940 inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Act ibid.

No. EXN-F(10)-14/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, in the Notification No. 8/2017–State Tax (Rate), dated 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXNF(10)-14/2017- Loose, dated 30th June, 2017, and amended vide notification No. EXN-F(10)-38/2017, dated the 15th November, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)- 38/2017, dated 15th November, 2017, namely:—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31stday of March, 2018", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2018" shall be substituted.

Registration of marriage Act, 1996 alongwith relevant record and affidavits stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on dated 10-10-2016 at their place of residence with Hindu rites and customs but due to some un-avoidable circumstances it could be entered in the records of Municipal Council Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P. well in time;

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the registrar of marriage and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed, so that their marriage could be registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if, anyone has any objection regarding the registration of marriage of above named applicants, they should appear before the undersigned in my court on or before 25-04-2018 at 2.00 P.M. either personally or through their authorised agent/pleader.

In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed ex-parte for the registration of marriage without affording any further opportunity of being heard.

श्रीमती माया पत्नी श्री राज बहादुर ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र पेश किया है कि उनके पुत्र कोहिनूर शाही का जन्म दिनांक 19-06-2010 को हुआ है जिसका इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत खवांगी में नहीं किया गया है को अब दर्ज करने बारे आदेश जारी करने का अनुरोध किया है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत खवांगी के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 10-04-2018 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत में हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा सचिव ग्राम पंचायत खवांगी को उक्त जन्म पंजीकरण करने बारे आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।

आज दिनांक 09-03-2018 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी कर दिया गया। मोहर।

No. 104/B Shastri Nagar, JP Nagar Road Jalandhar City, District Jalandhar, Pb. (at present wife of Mrinal Vaidya s/o11497 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 मार्च, 2018/2 चैत्र, 1940 Sh. Rajeev Vaidya, r/o H. No. 27/8 Darmyana Mohalla, Mandi, Tehsil Sadar, District Mandi, H. P.) have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under Section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 8-11-2016 according to Hindu rites and customs at Benquet Hall near Sheelta Mata Temple Mandi, Distt. Mandi, H.P. and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence, their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 5-4-2018 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.
