No. FFE-B-F(14)-150/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

No. FFE-A(B)6-5/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Forest (Settlement) Rules, 1965 notified vide Government Notification No. Ft. 162-1/61-II (M) dated the 25th August, 1966 and Section 28 (1) (a) & (2) of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, 1954 (6 of 1954), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the Assistant Settlement Officers, Land Settlement Operations Kangra at Dharamshala and Kullu are declared as Forest Settlement Officers and shall exercise the powers of Forest Settlement Officer-cum-Collector within their jurisdiction to inquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of rights of Government and private persons in or over the forest land or the waste land comprised within their respective jurisdiction under the provisions of Rule and Act ibid with immediate effect.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय हल्फी ब्यान व अन्य कागजात इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उस का सही नाम जोगिन्दर है जो सही दर्ज है लेकिन राजस्व विभाग के मुहाल प्रीणा के अभिलेख में गजिन्द्र दर्ज है। जिसकी दरुस्ती की जावे।

इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी जोगिन्दर के नाम की दरुस्ती बारे यदि किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या बकालतन अदालत अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 10-04-2018े को आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नाम दरुस्ती के आदेश दे दिये जायेंगे।

आम जनता उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में श्री सरूप सिंह पुत्र श्री होशियार सक्रेहू डा0 खुन्देल, उप-तहसील धरवाला, जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर निवेदन किया है कि मेरे दो पुत्र नामक अंशू कुमार का जन्म 09-04-2014 व प्रिंस का जन्म 27-11-2016 को घर पर ही हुआ है। परन्तु अज्ञानतावश उनके नाम व जन्म तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत खुन्देल के जन्म रजिस्टर में आज तक पंजीकृत नहीं किया गया है तथा उनके नाम व जन्म तिथियों को दर्ज करने के आदेश ग्राम पंचायत खुन्देल को दिये जावें।57 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 04 अप्रैल, 2018/14 चैत्र, 1940 अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त का नाम व जन्म तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत खुन्देल में दर्ज करने में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 10-04-2018 को असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर लिखित व मौखिक प्रस्तुत करें यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत नहीं हुआ तो यह समझा जाएगा कि प्रार्थी का नाम व जन्म तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत में दर्ज करने हेतु आपत्ति नहीं है तथा नाम व जन्म तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत खुन्देल में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।
