No. PBW(B)F(7)3/2009-II.—In continuation of this department's notification of even number dated 9th February, 2018, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the 'Kotla 22-राजपत्र/2018-02-05-2018 (947) 948 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 02 मई, 2018/12 वैशाख, 1940 Amroh road' in District Kangra having a length of 5.000 km. as Major District Road no. 92 at Sl. No. 83. Accordingly the total length of Major District Roads in the State will be 3961.470 kms.

File No. SWD-(A) 2-1/2018.—In continuation to this Department Notification No. GAD-E (C) 5-3/95 dated 20th June, 1996, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that Deputy Directors (Sainik Welfare) are hereby authorized to draw/disburse an amount up to Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only with single signatures out of the local funds account of the Department of Sainik Welfare which comprise Sainik Rest House Fund, Flag Day Fund and Special Fund for Relief & Rehabilitation of all Zila Sainik Welfare Offices for petty expenses with immediate effect in public interest.

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 09th April, 2018

No. LSG-A (1)41/84.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh proposes to include within the limit of Municipal Council, Baddi the new areas specified in Schedule-"A", annexed to this Notification.

950 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 02 मई, 2018/12 वैशाख, 1940 If any interested person likely to be affected by the inclusion of the said local area has any objection or suggestion with regard to this Notification, he may send the same to the Additional Chief Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh through the Deputy Commissioner, Solan within six weeks from the date of publication of the Notification in the Rajpatra (Ordinary), Himachal Pradesh.

The objection or suggestion, if any received, within the above stipulated period shall be taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the draft notification.
