संख्या एफ0एफ0ई0-बी-एफ(14)126/2013.-इस अधिसूचना मेें अन्तःस्थापित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि में या उस पर सरकार तथा प्राईवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की जांच कर ली गई है और उन्हें भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित अभिलिखित कर लिया है;

36-राजपत्र/2018-19-05-2018 (1613) 1614 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 19 मई, 2018/29 वैशाख, 1940 उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि/ बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी ।

No. FFE-B-F(14)-126/2013.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub- section (3) of section 29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Act ibid.

विषय.--प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र, ब्यान हल्फी बमय अन्य कागजात इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसकी प्रतिभा थापा की जन्म तिथि 20-09-1997 है जो कि ग्राम पंचायत ककीरा कस्वा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज न है। जिसे दर्ज किया जावे।

इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रतिभा थापा की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ककीरा कस्वा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने पर यदि किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 15-06-2018 को आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नाम व जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश दे दिये जायेंगे।

आज दिनांक 10-05-2018 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।

विषय.--प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र, ब्यान हल्फी बमय अन्य कागजात इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसकी चांदनी थापा की जन्म तिथि 25-08-1994 है जो कि ग्राम पंचायत ककीरा कस्वा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज न है। जिसे दर्ज किया जावे।

इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि चांदनी थापा की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ककीरा कस्वा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने पर यदि किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 15-06-2018 को आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नाम व जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश दे दिये जायेंगे।

आज दिनांक 10-05-2018 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।

. . फरीकदोयम। प्रार्थना-पत्र बाबत नाम दरुस्ती जेर धारा 37(2) हि0 प्र0 भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 के अन्तर्गत करने बारे। प्रार्थी श्री चैन लाल पुत्र लोकीनंद, गांव गण्ढ, परगना व उप-तहसील भलेई, जिला चम्बा (हि0 प्र0) ने निवेदन किया है कि ग्राम पंचायत सिमणी के परिवार रजिस्टर के रिकार्ड में मेरा नाम चैन लाल दर्ज है जोकि सही व दरुस्त है लेकिन राजस्व रिकार्ड महाल छनानू, बनेटू के भू-इन्द्राज में मेरा नाम चैनो दर्ज है जोकि गलत दर्ज है इसलिए महाल छनानू, बनेटू के भू-राजस्व में मेरा नाम चैनो उर्फ चैन लाल दरुस्त करवाना चाहता हूं।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थी उक्त के नाम दरुस्त करने बारा कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक -------- को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना उजर व एतराज लिखित रूप में पेश करें। अन्यथा1627 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 19 मई, 2018/29 वैशाख, 1940 प्रार्थी का नाम दरुस्त करने बारा आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर व एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा।

Subject.— Registration of Marriage under Section 8(4) of the H.P. Registration of Marriage Act,

1996 (Act No. 21of 1997).

Whereas, the above named applicants have made an application before me under section 8(4) of H.P. Registration of Marriage Act, 1996 alongwith relevant record and affidavits stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on dated 07-05-2015 at their place of residence with Hindu rites and customs but due to some un-avoidable circumstances it could not be entered in the record of Gram Panchyat Chakloo, Development, Block Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P. well in time.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the registrar of marriage and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed, so that their marriage could be registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of marriage of above named applicants, they should appear before the undersigned in my court on or before 11-06-2018 at 2.00 P.M. either personally or through their authorised agent/pleader.
