संख्याः एन0ई0एस0-सी(16)-2/2016.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, प्रदेश में "वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं, संस्थानों (जो सोसायटी एवं न्यास अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत पंजीकृत हों) तथा सामाजिक क्षेत्रोेंं (सरकार द्वारा चलाए गये आश्रमं) में भवनों की छत पर स्थापित किए जाने वाले सौर ऊर्जा संयन्त्रों की कुल 10 मैगावाट क्षमता के लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति हेतु संयंत्र की कुल लागत का 10 प्रतिशत या रू0 4000/- प्रतिकिलोवाट की दर से जो भी कम हो, राज्य उपदान प्रदान करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं। यह उपदान भारत सरकार द्वारा दिए जाने वाले उपदान के अतिरिक्त होगा। इस योजना का विज्ञापन हिमऊर्जा द्वारा किया जाएगा तथा उपदान की राशि हिमऊर्जा के माध्यम से सीधे तौर पर सम्बन्धित उपभोक्ता के बैंक खाते में जमा की जाएगी।"
